Back on track

It was closed overnight I believe. It opened again about 2 o'clock this afternoon.

Arrived at EMA overnight so back on track for delivery Wednesday (ordered 28th December)

My package spent 30hrs in Germany the. Made it to Stansted in 7 mins lol! I wonder if I could get it a day early, or are they likely to hold it till its scheduled delivery date?

That's crazy! My spec is nearly the same , I ordered a day after you and mine will come today. Something odd, have you spoken to them?

Looking at the spreadsheet and people ordering in january, it seems to me that the average seem to be 10-15 days (not working days) until they are shipped.

So me ordering 16.01.2013, means it will probably be shipped 26.01.13-31.01.13.
Still checking the order status every 7-8 hous

Yes, things have speeded up compared to new year. One bad sign, news stories yesterday say 21 inch orders have slipped back to 2-3 weeks, so must still be production issues.

Unless they're now concentrating on the 27" model production.

Just hope everyone who's ordered has no faults with theirs.

That's not a good sign. Mine arrived same place last night (after two days in Germany) and does not appear to have moved. They still say on time for a delivery to the South Coast tomorrow - not so sure it's possible now

It might be worth giving UPS a phone, if only to make sure your iMac's not being used as a sled by the snowbound workers - my Mac was also held up there yesterday by the weather, but it's (supposedly) out for delivery just now.

Yeah, tried phoning but it's an automated system that tells you the package has been delayed

Edit: finally spoke to a person, who told me it it still at EMA but couldn't say why.
