In Dublin. Ordered on December 19th and I have absolutely no idea where my 27” iMac is. It has been in transit for over a week. Arrived in London last Friday and passed customs on Friday night. It then spent the weekend in the airport in sub zero temperatures. The status was updated on Monday morning and changed to “Delivered To Consignee”. Since then I have heard nothing. Apple have not updated the invoice to include a tracking number. I don’t even know if it has entered the country yet. I should not be complaining as many other people are still waiting for their order to process.

With the weather the whole uk transport system seems to have seized up and as usual everyone disappears so you don't know what is happening. I am sure most countries would manage better.

I thought that might have something to do with it alright. Hopefully it will arrive before the weekend. You should try living in Ireland when it snows.
We struggle badly enough with rain - you would think it was something we would have got used to by now :)

You need to look at the timing in your Ups and then find the relative flight,
cross the name of the Airports with Arrival and Departures timing,
i did it.
You need first the Ups track number which Apple gives you when your order is shipping,
by selectin the button in the W.....page order .

my 27" landed at LHR yesterday, has cleared customs today, with an expected delivery date of 24th, but there is no UPS tracking number on Apple's site - only my order number and the W number. It is supposed to be merged with my Time capsule order. it hasn't updated since this morning, and its not clear whats going on. any ideas anyone?

Pretty short travel distance (without too many hops) compared to others. Arnhem is almost next door, aprox 20 min away (The Netherlands)

For me the last part is done by road transportation, for what i've been told by a friend, don't know for sure though.

:)

I ordered my 27inch on the 16th of January and can expect delivery between 13th and 22nd of February in the UK.

I am surprised to see iMacs ariving by air. Just shows the lengths apple have to go to now to get these iMacs out. Must be costing them a bomb in postage costs. What is wrong with strategic placed hubs where iMacs are built, repaired and exchanges can take place. Not environmental friendly, not I can understand why they put so much design time in to the tapered boxes.

I thought all BTOs always came from china. I remember my mid 09 MBP sure did.

Anyway, as of 6.05, status is 'out for delivery'

I think 'Consignee' may be UPS... mine was someone called BobRyk!

Answer to number 1 - No

Mines has been delivered to the consignee, which I assume is the carrier. Mine says bobryk which is the same as yours. I live in Nottingham though. Strange. I just want my tracking number so I know what's going on.

Soooo.. It's been almost a month now, ordered 27" BTO max on the 27th December from the apple store and I'm still processing..

It's arrived"

UPS just delivered. I have opened the box and will leave it to warm up before I start setting up. This last bit is sooo hard after the long wait, but must be strong. Will complete the spreadsheet when I check it's not damaged. :D:D
