Another day, another morning and still everything in 'preparing for shipment'. No movement to Shipped or anything over time.
And it's now about 4pm Shanghai time.

I knew my Imac BTO wasn't going to ship until January, but I thought I'd give my Apple Guru a call just in case there was any info she might have as to just when it's going to ship:
"..Jeff, It's still going to be week 1 January, but why not treat yourself to that rMBP you've been talking about? I can get that to you on Monday...

Ordered mine on the 6th December but it didn't go to processing until the 9th as I did it on Interest Free Credit.. Can't wait for it to arrive but in the meantime I have the 21.5 I bought my son for Christmas (and his next 4 birthdays

May be it didn't but its quite an investment and it cannot have done it any harm

Exactly the same for me. One day later than initially quoted. Add to that the UPS seems to have a tendency of forgetting to deliver parcels (had that with my Sony laptop two years ago), it could well be Jan 10th or 11th before having the iMac.

I had 2-7 Jan initially quoted and mine has just shipped with a delivery date of the 3rd as opposed to the 8th.
Strange because I believe ours are in the same shipment.

I've been reading the updates on MacRumors for the last three weeks. I don't seem to have the ability to just forget about it and wait until it comes! My order changed to preparing for shipment five days ago and moved back to processing after three or four days. Still processing.
I ordered on the 2nd, delivery currently states 31st-7th Jan. I'm hoping there was an error and mine is on its way too.
Just wondering, how long did it take to arrive at your house from the date it was shipped?
My order status changed to shipped this morning and now TNT says expected delivey date 2 jan.
I'm happy for you! Looks like i'm going to be on of the last in Netherlands who get's it while having ordered on 30th november. Mine is back at preparing for shipment since yesterday afternoon...
My box is traveling around north italy. It was arrived in milan last monday, just 90 km away from home. Last night imac departured for bologna (250 km from home). Thi early morning box departured from bologna to vicenza, where it was arrived around 6:00 CET. I am very worried because vicenza is almost 180 km at east from home. I have an ups depot at 25 km from home. The note said , any way, shipping is on time. Delivery scheduled for monday

Damn, this will probably mean that you guys are on the same shipment on the way to Holland. Guess i have to wait a few more days.
