Ordered the 13/8/128 a few minutes after the Keynote and my MBA is on the same van as yours, also waiting for delivery in York! Apple must be putting something in the water
Ha, you'll probably get it before me because it's being delivered to my uni, so I can only check if it comes at 2pm at the earliest, not too long now

Got a call back from Apple this morning. They confirmed that it's here in UK and they expect to recieve it at their merging facility today. He said he'd keep me posted and try his best to speed things along and try get it to me by tomorrow.

On a separate note, I got a call from Tim's PR Executive. Nice and friendly, and explained a few things:
1) Previously, the cards and laptops were shipped separately, and people complained about this, i.e. I got the card, where's my laptop?! So they decided to do it differently, and discovered it didn't go down well either.
2) Shipping difference between Europe and USA. They are aware of the difference, and will see what they can do in the future, including shorterning the delivery time.
3) Shipping information that tells you nothing. They noted this, and will seek to improve this.
4) They actually got quite a few emails from people, and she did say they had to make a few phone calls yesterday as well.
5) Assured me that our feedback will be passed back to the 'powers that be'.

Ordered a CTO MBA 13/8GB/i7-2.0/256GB flash on the 19th. First two days my order status said 'Processing Items'. Today it has changed to 'Preparing for Shipment'.
Estimated delivery from June 29 - July 3. Wondering about the actual delivery date.

Well, I think that everyone that bought their Air between 11th and 12th got them TODAY! I'm not at home right now but I've just received a call from my brother that my little package's arrived !!!
This, IMHO, is still a long wait if we compare with the delay in US...

Got mine a couple hours ago. Absolutely love it, last Mac was a 2007 Black MacBook and wow, what an upgrade. Amazing machine.

Here another European guy (Spaniard) who ordered a MBA (11"/i5/8GB/128GB) with a free gift card on the early evening of June 12th, so within 24h after the keynote.
It was shipped on the 14th, and since then the status hasn't changed, it's "Merge In Tnst IT MIL" for a week. Also, the shipping company (https://atlas.flextronics.com/apps/tracktrace/trk_tracking.asp) does not show any additional info line since the 14th.
Yesterday I called to Apple and they told me everything is fine and I should receive it by June 28th (originally estimated delivery dates: 26th-28th).
Wondering why is this happening if you guys are already receiving it. My old RevA MBA is yelling me while it waits to be replaced.

You know, mine was scheduled to 26th. I phone them and sent emails... an Apple employee called me and told me he's going to help to get that sooner than this weekend (that was just yesterday morning and my Macbook was still in Amsterdam!). So I was hopping to get it sooner... yesterday evening the Apple site was updated and my computer shipped to Belgium. I've got it this afternoon
Believe me, we should complain until Apple gets better delivery time to Europe. They can do much better when they want to!

I've just called again to Apple call center, this time they said it's not normal that it takes so long and therefore they'll check what's going on with the shipping&delivery department (or something like that).
When telling them about the different shipping times between Europe and North America the guy told me that he doesn't know why it is that way, that he is only aware of the European shipping system.
Well, I think I will have to wait at least over the weekend to get my hands on the sexy 11" MBA.
just using it now and it's a very beautiful but I'm finding it kinda difficult to use. Not use to it. LOL
Ordered on the 11th June, as soon as the online store came back after WWDC. Here's a timeline:
11th - ordered online
14th - shipped from factory to freight company in Shanghai
16th - Departed Shangai for London (via Seoul with Korean Airlines)
17th - arrived in London
19th - cleared customs and shipped to Apple's merging centre
20th - shipped from Apple and UPS tracking number given
21st - delivered to me
