Possibly, although I don't think anyone will be in at mine tomorrow so it'll be a redeliver on Friday.

I remember when my iPad 1 arrived a day earlier than launch on a Thursday, oh maaaan I was like a kid on Xmas day. That was during the brief period where I had the misfortune of being a FaceBook user (quit years ago) and I posted a stupid photo of me gurning at the camera with it. Awful behaviour,tsk.

LOL, well as you have admitted it, I can reveal I was EXACTLY the same when my iPad 1 also arrived that day early by TNT (see I even remember the courier at the time because of that kid at Christmas moment). It is good in a way that we can still get that buzz! :)

It is apparently the Bromley Apple store that someone just walked in and purchased it today.

I phoned regent street and covent garden stores, both said not for sale via them at all yet, and "you will get it far far far sooner if you order online"...................very strange.
 
Just ordered a 128GB, Gold with Apple Pencil, Smart Cover and silicone case, arriving on Friday!

It could be that it wasn't meant to be sold by Bromley store, and the fact that stores are getting stock deliveries is meant to be a secret still! :) But then if that were the case I am surprised the tills let Bromley put the order through at all.

Apple pencils are still showing delays. Are you sure, when you go back to check your order that the pencil isn't separated out?

Yes you are correct, it's the iPad Pro, the Smart Cover and Silicone Case that will arrive on Friday, my Apple Pencil says 19th - 26th November.

Funny isn't it....you can understand delays to the iPad itself due to screen manufacturing issues, A9X issues etc etc. But the pencil itself is fundamentally a simple device (and hugely overpriced) and the last thing that should have ended up with a delay. That being said a Wacom top-end "pen" can fetch around 50-60 pounds too.

same here. and yes, you'd expect a later delivery on the ipad, not it's accessories.
my AirPort Extreme is a tomorrow delivery though!!

i wanted to add a new Mini4 to that list but i'd get a battering from my wife

Yes it seems a bit odd that the Pencil will take longer than the actual iPad to ship. It's a little annoying because i wanted to try it out with the Pencil, thats the reason i have brought one and are giving my iPad Air 2 to a family member. I'm looking forward to trying some of the apps out as well, Procreate and the Adobe ones are looking good from the videos i've seen on Youtube.

Just out of interest what configuration did you guys get? i ordered the 128GB Wifi, Gold with Apple Pencil and the Smart Cover and Silicone case.

Dave, I went for the 128GB Wifi in Space Grey with pencil, smart cover and silicone case. The reason for choosing space grey was because I wanted the black border for such a big device...and get the "floating in air" type screen effect. Less important for an iPhone (for which I have gold), but felt it would benefit the large ipad pro

The silicone case completely covers the back anyway, so none of the gold, silver or space grey will show anyway.

Relating to our previous posts it just occurred to me that now, 5 years later, we're getting excited all over again about a tablet....that weighs approximately the same, ha!
 
Ordered up a Gold 128GB WiFi+Cellular this morning, also ordered the silicon case and smart cover, the Pencil and a steel series gamepad for my Apple TV.

Cancelled the Pencil as its going to be a week or so (dispatches 19th-24th) for delivery. Gonna take a trip to the Apple store on Friday to see if I can get once quicker otherwise I will order up online.

Sounds good, the same as mine except i went for gold because i currently have an iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6+ that's silver, i wanted something different and i've not owned a gold iPad before. I have to say that Apple seem on the ball with the iPad's, my order is already "Preparing for dispatch" It just seems that the delay is with the Apple Pencils and the Keyboard covers, i wonder if it's because Apple didn't make enough of them and sales are higher than they thought for those accessories, where as they made plenty of the iPad Pro.
 
I went with Space Grey and an Apple Pencil that will be delivered at some point before Holiday 2019 lol.

Wanted the 128gb space grey wifi only with silicone case and Smart Cover but the Mrs wouldn't let me ☹️
 
A guy a phoned to see if they had any iPad pros at the metro centre says they don't until at least the 18th. So at the same time I ordered a white 128GB iPad pro and he said even though the delivery date says Friday there is a very high chance if not garenteed it will arrive tomorrow. How true or not that is we will see. Also is the silicone case worth £65? Or the smart keyboard for £139 (I like cases that stand up the iPad buy wouldn't use keyboard that much)
