I think definitely go for it on Friday and try the case on in store if they have one or even the Product Red case as supposed to the Plum one as it definitely looks darker to the phone on the website.

I'm now all plugged in - wireless charging is inefficient but I don't want to scratch the beautiful case.
 
Mounted my MagSafe charger to the desk today. These seem pretty solid so there is no way the charger is going to come up with the phone when I lift it off! It also adds virtually no height to the charger off of the desk.

The more I see the official case the more I want one. Did apples site used to allow you to browse the cases and select the colour iphone within to aid with purchasing?
 
I got a 128GB Pacific Blue from Argos.

Whoever ordered via Argos, get in touch with them via Live Chat to arrange a delivery date. I have just spoken to them and booked for Friday!
They have advised you need to get in touch with them to arrange delivery otherwise you will just be waiting without any updates.

they messed up so much during lockdown that I’m surprised anyone even still shops with them...
 
When do pre orders usually ship?

first time I’ve pre ordered. Always picked up in store.
