Apologies if this has already been covered but I can't go through 200 pages!
I ordered immediately the store opened last Friday (received confirmation email at 13.05).
When I ordered it said delivery 23rd but in my orders it is still showing as "processing" with delivery scheduled for 28 October. Anyone else seeing similar or know if the delivery date is likely to change?

End of the day on Tuesday and my IPP128 Gold for Delivery Friday from apple is STILL 'processing'

I have arranged delivery and Yodel say they will give a 2 hour time slot nearer the time.
Just watched a few unboxing vids of the blue iPhone 12 - it looks nothing like the pics on Apple’s website?!
The actual phone looks like a navy blue - the pics on the site (and even in the Apple Store app) make it look VERY similar in colour to the 12 Pro.
I really don’t know if I like that colour now....!!! FEEEEEEEEECK!

You’re judging the appearance of a colour from a video taken with a random camera, colour graded who knows how, viewed on a (probably) uncalibrated display. I wouldn’t necessarily panic yet...
I've held off watching any videos of the blue 12 as I want the first time i see its actual colour to be in the store. I guess we can't say upon collection actually I want black for example?
The reviewer even said that it was more like a peach than deep red (as we’re accustomed to).
I know what you mean. I’m still sticking with the Red I think especially once I put a case on it.
In all honesty though, i was watching YouTube videos of the product Red AW6 way before I even got it and even in those it looked very different compared to real life. So I would just wait until you receive it.
13:05 is the second batch for orders it seems. orders at 13:03 got delivery for the 23rd.
It isn't an automated message, the chat agent asked me if I'd like a text message confirming the change and I said yes. (unless you meant how did I get 20% discount.. student discount code from a friend)

I did, it was in the engineering side m, for the Apple cloud services team
I asked if my delivery was due on the 23rd and they arranged it for me when they said there was no delivery arranged. I never knew that I had to arrange delivery and just assumed it would arrive on release day.
To be honest it was a quick chat on the online chat and if you are getting money off it’s well worth just doing. At least you know how logistics of it will be.
