Did they no that you had to book delivery as soon as you live chatted with them? I can get money of with them when I order the Pro Max but I’m not sure whether it will be worth it or a hassle.

Only reason I ordered was due to the free vouchers I had, otherwise I would go with Apple for peace of mind

End of the day on Tuesday and my IPP128 Gold for Delivery Friday from apple is STILL 'processing'

Why concerned? You won’t get it any earlier than Friday. It can go from processing to shipped the entire day before delivery.

Just watched a few unboxing vids of the blue iPhone 12 - it looks nothing like the pics on Apple’s website?!

The actual phone looks like a navy blue - the pics on the site (and even in the Apple Store app) make it look VERY similar in colour to the 12 Pro.

I really don’t know if I like that colour now....!!! FEEEEEEEEECK!

The colours on the website look much better, real life gold looks tacky, pacific blue looks underwhelming and all pro models are fingerprint magnets on the stainless steel side

Well Mobiles.co.uk don’t really know what is going on. After saying i’ll get my 12 on the 3rd November they now say I might get it on Friday. I might get an email on Thursday to say it is dispatched so touch wood lol.

I just find it very odd how you can order something online to be delivered but they don’t arrange the delivery until you ask them too. 🤔

Yeah, I would never have thought to have had to arrange the delivery. I just assumed for it to be automated.

May depend on config too (and model) - I ordered a 12 with a 13:07 confirmation and currently scheduled for 23rd delivery...........

They do quite a few different programs in the UK, the product design engineer graduate roles I have looked at are in China and America though. But I would be more than happy to re locate.

Relocation may not go down well with the family, but I’m certainly not averse to a bit of regular travel to other countries for work. I did enough of it in my days with Nokia.

I hope a second chance at it gets you something. Once you’ve been through the process once it’s less daunting the next time.

Apologies if this has already been covered but I can't go through 200 pages!

I ordered immediately the store opened last Friday (received confirmation email at 13.05).

When I ordered it said delivery 23rd but in my orders it is still showing as "processing" with delivery scheduled for 28 October. Anyone else seeing similar or know if the delivery date is likely to change?

in the time you went from having it in your basket to processing the order the dates must have slipped. Apple will hit the dates given, usually if you have a window of dates the can come at the earlier end of the scale.
