found that more troublesome then just accepting it and taking back to store.. you have to wait for the courier to take it back to hub and re-process it.. can take a few days to process (done it once but not with an apple product)

I spoke to Amazon on Live chat to try and get them to move my 12 pro delivery to Friday instead of Monday. Sadly no cigar, i received an email afterwards assuring me that my order would be delivered on Monday. Time to cancel my Apple order. Shame i'm going to miss being part of the tracking and release day fun

Ye it is. After the emails that went out yesterday i was confident Amazon were going to fulfill the orders.
Hi in regards to apple care, is anyone aware the monthly fee if for a 64gb standard iPhone 12.

I thought everyone was Saturday delivery for iPhone? Anyway I'm keeping my Apple order active for 23rd delivery in case Amazon do a U Turn.

I've got the same dilemma. I have Apple delivering on Friday and Amazon (hopefully) delivering on Saturday... I was going to not open the Apple one at all and just return it boxed but it doesn't seem like they care either way?
I should probably mention, this is my wife's phone so it's really up to her 😂 but I'm assuming she'd prefer double the capacity for £150 less...
I think I was one of the last to actually order. By the time I logged on to check they only had the 128GB models left so I ordered a Graphite one and then about 5 mins later they went offline.
great if Amazon deliver those phone... I would just not cancel and Apple orders until you know the Amazon one is on its way... seen over many years people thinking they've secured phones from Argos, Curries and others to the only be let down after they cancel their apple order!

Long story short I ordered the 2 pack of Spigen screen protectors to find they were coming back into stock on the Monday just gone. I thought no problem will happily wait and see. Delivery was set for Monday 26th... I thought it wasnt worth the risk to go without and as a kind MR member pointed out, buy some cheap ones to see me through perhaps.
The bonus was the cheap ones when they arrived were including the camera glass protectors too! that was great until the label stuck to the outside said iPhone 2020 Max.......
Quick as you like I was on the phone to Amazon explaining the situation and that I wasnt prepared to open the case to check the contents inside if it meant losing out on the refund.. She agreed and that I should return them then hesitated and said actually - given the current climate perhaps we refund you anyway and you dispose of the items. I will be getting the cost of the screens and postage refunded.
I thought afterwards I have nothing to lose and it turns out upon opening they seems to line up with the case I bought so they were correct after all!
