So then guys & gals, the next stage in our obsession now we have ordered, waited, processed, waited, waited, waited, DPD notification and Apple -> shipped, is who has a serial number appear in their device list?
 
DPD confirmation! Now to try and stop refreshing the tracking page.. every.. 5... minutes..
 
So my upgrade with EE has gone through now and they’ve taken the 20% discount added yesterday and the 10% multi line discount off my account

Some apparently got in before, hence delivery tom for them. There were options for store pick-up but have been shielding and not in a position to venture into store for pick-up. It’s no biggie, would have been nice tomorrow, but not fussed to wait another week or so.

Hope so!! I may be tempted to get from John Lewis tomorrow if they have any stock and Apple still don’t send. Just easier to return to Apple if my OCD kicks in and I find something undeniable... (hopefully no one flames me for that, I’m no way near as fussy as I used to be!!) 😂

I have been delivered Belkin screen protector from Apple.
Quite a few items to do in store, new phone collect, screen protector application and beautiful animation data transfer as phone trade-in. Planning to do all those and booked in for late evening avoiding busy hour.

They usually ship around the first date stated so I would not be surprised if your iPhone arrives next week :)

Yeah, store pickup here as well. Haven't bought anything for pickup at launch for ages so I've been pretty much been checking in on the order status several times a day since Friday. Definition of insanity and all that, eh?

At least my power brick's ready to be picked up...

So on IUP and Apple offer £429, yet loan owed is £340. Arranged IUP to hand in tomorrow, can I just say I want to trade in trust instead? Is it just an Apple gift card though? If so not too bad as have to buy something acting for Xmas, and get £80 more.

If so can I pay the Barclays on the day, did it take long, or should I do it before, like today? What I’m worried if I do today, and Apple say tomorrow, where’s your iPhone?

How long did it take to settle over the phone with Barclays or is it online you do it?

It's strange how that model looks like it's unavailable, but all colour variations say they're available from the 23rd. Turns out silver is the rarest model this year. Having seen more hands on videos I'm debating a graphite or blue now...
