I already got a BeatsX for upgrading to the unlimited plan! I had no idea I was supposed to get one, but I got a text a few days later saying the headset was on its way!
I already have the AirPods Pro so I gave the headset to my roommate.

So im resetting my iphone 11 pro max, and returning my regular 12, I thought i would love the smaller form factor but im missing the bigger screen, so going to get the 12 pro max.
One question, for the trade in how does it work, Just checked there and it said i would get 560, and pay 539. Is this done on the day? at the store? must they receive the phone, before the sale is made or what? Will be done outright as my credit is terrible, due to time living away.

If you’re trading in to Apple they send you a trade-in kit (basically packaging to post the phone off in) and you send it in after the fact. You pay the full price on the day you get the new phone and they refund you the trade-in value once they’ve received it and verified the condition of the phone.
They will also take your trade in at store as I had done it online but they did it for me instore instead to save me the aggro.

UPS picking up my apple order today and so far loving the phone just which there was a way to reduce motion without affecting the ability to swipe through recent apps though!
Sure does look good! Would have been my second choice but as you say, needs to be seen in the flesh before judging the gold as too blingy etc.

I think for me personally the gold stainless looks great, what put me off was the back of the phone. Now if the back had been a nice deep black, I’m sure I would have picked one up. The black and gold Lumia 930 to me was one of the most stunning phones ever made, but to have that on an iPhone 🤩

I managed to get EE to give me a £5 loyalty alongside my 20% student discount on my £28 5G Unlimited plan bringing it down to £17.40 thanks to this website. They gave it to me because I said their advisor said they would add it when i upgraded the other day but it still wasn't showing and If they try to say they cant do anything just tell them you've got friends who have been with them less time got it, they added it with no arguments for me.
Now just got to wait until next friday to pre-order my 12 Pro Max these 2 weeks are going to go slow

i bought my 12 pro direct and changed my EE contract to sim only at the weekend, 200 GB smart plan for £25. Reading on here it looks like people have done better on the plans from EE. Am I too late to change or can I go back to the and change to something else? I wonder about the unlimited for £28 or trying to haggle and see if they’ll will offer a loyalty discount. But having just changed I have probably lost my bargaining power on that!

So Ee have messed up with me today. At about midnight, I noticed I had no signal. Wifi calling wasn't working, nothing. I restarted my phone, reset network settings, but nothing. I rang tech support at 8 when Ee opened and they said that when I rang up and ordered the new ESim on Saturday for the new device, they sent me out a preactivated ESim, so basically the one that I am using now is useless. He said I should get it today, so to put that in my 11 pro, he gave me his email, so then i've gotta email him and he'll send me out an ESim that I will have to activate whenever the new phone arrives.
You can change it within 14 days. It’s worth snapping up the unlimited as it’s a 24months contract. Just call them
I'm not invested either way, but surely it's too early to say? If you're going from one to the other constantly then absolutely it will feel small - one of the reasons they give you 14-days will be so you can get properly used to it. Some decisions are clear-cut from the off but others need a bit longer to percolate through.
I did a week on my work-supplied iPhone 8 after I posted my eBay'd 11 Pro Max and I can hardly remember the larger phone now 10-days later, but horses for courses ...
