i bought my 12 pro direct and changed my EE contract to sim only at the weekend, 200 GB smart plan for £25. Reading on here it looks like people have done better on the plans from EE. Am I too late to change or can I go back to the and change to something else? I wonder about the unlimited for £28 or trying to haggle and see if they’ll will offer a loyalty discount. But having just changed I have probably lost my bargaining power on that!

working at home nowadays I use very little data so i don’t need unlimited but the world may be more normal again the future right so perhaps it is worth snapping up?
Where do you see the unlimited for £28?

I’m still weighing up whether to return the pro for the mini. Doesn’t help when the silicone case is slippery and the bottom edge digs into the pinky.

Just got off with EE as online chat messed up my account yesterday night

Managed to get unlimited smart plan £28 with 20% and £6 loyalty discount. The £28 plan it seems is an upgrades plan, I had to lock into a new 24m contract as a result.

Before this I was on £23 smart plan 100gb + 20% + £3 loyalty

Unfortunately 3 months in to my EE sim only contract which has 100GB so in no-mans land regarding switching to one of these better deals...a shame as I spotted each speed test on 5G is using almost 1GB!!

why the silicone case of Apple is a dust magnet? Will it go away with usage? It is frustrating and I am looking to pick a leather one if this continues.... Hopefully this is not related to magsafe ring?

I think they’ve always been lint magnets. I have one on order and was hoping they might have improved them but clearly not...

EE advise they can only apply one discount. Even executive complaints are accusing me of lying by saying that others have it added. The normal advisors are very nice, but Doug in executive complaints is awful.

send them a screenshot of what we've seen in this thread.

Also, Doug should stop being a Keith.

In better news though my iphone is on its way from Apple. Due for delivery tomorrow when my original date was November 2.

Oh I did that, can you believe instead he asked me to give them the mobile number and also the security details for that other person.

Saw my mate over the weekend and he only normally buys official cases and his iPhone 12 Pro was covered in dust and lint, that would do my nut in!
Luckily I have an air cleaner in my room which filters out the dust. I've not had any problems with lint on my silicone case yet/

How long have you been with EE? I’ve taken the 200GB plus Apple Music deal £20 per month with BLC discount I think it’s a good deal and I’m happy with it but if somehow I can get extra £ off I will? I’m assuming you can’t add a loyalty discount been a new customer.

Anyone running iOS 14.2 beta on their new Pro's? Running it on my iPad Pro and it's working great but wanted feedback before deciding whether to bother going from 14.1 to 14.2 beta?

Unlucky, looks like they took that down. Literally purchased that deal yesterday

The unlimited has a data cap of 600GB per month tho if you go over they move you over to a business account. BT mobile genuinely are unlimited when they say unlimited. BT own EE but have a much lower customer base

Yeah won’t be running many speed tests myself I’m on 200gb have just taken this sim out as got myself a 12 pro but before this was on BT unlimited data mins and texts for £15PM 4G only tho

I have an Apple silicone case on order and bought a ringke onyx for £7.99 to keep me going till it arrives. I really love this case and considering cancelling the silicone case order given the reports of lint issues still. Amazing how good it is for so little money!

I have a apple silicon case and yup it’s a dust magnet... amazing case but traps tons of lint

I think EE have blocked me from using the chat lol. Trying every time to get a loyalty discount. The thing is I wouldn't be so persistent but those annual increases of possible 5% a year? that is a lot. Need to lower that base as much as poss.
