Very pleased that when picking up my new iPhone 12 Pro, I was immediately offered the trade in option and so now just need to pay off the last IUP loan (though was told I could just leave it running and keep paying monthly until paid off). I got my full £500 trade in value on the 11 Pro (no case and in good nick) - so have paid nothing to pick up the new phone and am owed about £430 from Apple.
Now just waiting for O2 eSim to activate.

This hasn’t happened to me, but they have offered a lower value because the battery is under 80% capacity
Interesting, why do you think they’ve asked me to supply the above then? Still waiting on a receipt from three from last year to confirm that there’s nothing outstanding.
No idea - but mine was a fairly low alue iphone 7.
Did you deactivate iCloud etc beforehand?
Yep, erased the whole thing and even left the case and screen protector on. Probably think it’s stolen or something.

My 2nd November order arrived today as well. Pacific blue 12 pro. It’s beautiful, agree very premium. Seems massive to me coming from the XS. Think I just need to get used to it! Loved the size of the XS.My 2nd November order arrived today as well.
Have to say I love the design, I always liked the shape of the 4 and 5, and it's obviously very similar. It does also feel nicely solid and premium (so it should!). The one thing I'm not sold on is the high gloss sides, personally I'd have much preferred a matt finish. However, it will live in a case anyway, so something of a moot point really.

Returned my original 12 Pro Graphite to Apple today as the screen was a bit warm and the phone somehow used 20% battery in one night despite WiFi/Data/Bluetooth and Background App Refresh being turned off.
Picked up a 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue and I'm glad I did. The colour is gorgeous and the screen is crisp white with pretty much no blue shift. Also another bonus is the new phone was only built 8 days ago whereas the first phone was built in early September.

I have they gave me £5 credit. gonna give it one more day then im going into store because im phone less because of this. I thought I had it timed perfect with my trade in yesterday. ah well.
i had/have this issue with my 11 pro max. 11 months later, I still have the same problem. Think it was a faulty camera
£5?! That’s a joke and I bet it’s only available to spend on products stocked and sold by them. Disgrace

Normally they do. In previous years they have allowed items bought between the 3rd week in November and Christmas Day to be returned up to about the 8th January.
Honesty this week has gone so so so slow. I need time to hurry up 😆
I’m coming from an XS as well. I thought the slight jump in screen size would feel more noticeable, but not sure I’m feeling it so far.
The question is, do I need bigger, I’m just not sure! 🤔
