11 pro max 64gb unlocked. Just weird how they’ve asked me out of the blue? I had it on contract and paid it’s all paid off now.
Any idea where I can even get proof of purchase from? I’m waiting for this email from three since 6pm. Not impressed.
Nope. I did the upgrade in store last year but I own the phone outright now. I’ve tried to request it earlier on the phone and they confirmed that the email will come through but several hours later it still hasn’t turned up.
Unfortunately Three customer services are not very helpful in my experience.
I’d call them again in the morning.
Do you reckon they’d still be able to supply something like that or am I being fobbed off?

Thank you it’s what I did over the phone earlier. Looks like they were correct that it may take up to 24 hours for the email to arrive. My only concern is that the offer is likely to expire unless they decide to extend it past tomorrow! Not happy since nobody else that has sold with them on here had been asked to provide the above..see

I wouldn’t worry about it though they should still honour the quote as it’s not your fault you got the device to them within the 14 days

Feels quite noticeable to me! 😀 Now I’ve put the XS down I’m getting used to the pro and liking it. Only way to know for sure is to try out the max! 😝. For me personally it always came down to pocketability and preferring to have phones that fit in bags and pockets. Good luck!
