Vodafone for me won't go below £24pm for unlimited 5G max.
I've been with them for 6 years.
I think it's time to move on.

Move on to which carrier? If you want great coverage and speeds you’ll have to move to EE, whose 5G unlimited plan starts at £37/month for a new customer. Otherwise, you’ll have to compromise on speed/coverage and go to Three whose 5G unlimited starts at £22/month (but discounted to £11 for 6 months). Or O2...

£24/month for unlimited 5G is actually a decent price to be honest. Unless you’re unhappy with Vodafone for reasons beyond the pricing...

Anyone on EE managed to get a good deal on the Apple Watch Series 6 (i.e. better than those commonly available)?
I really struggle to get anything out of EE. I have been with them for four years on a Sim only contract plus an LTE plan for my watch and Apple Music. I buy my phones and watches outright from Apple. But whenever I talk to them about customer loyalty they say they have nothing to offer

Just took delivery of my Kumquat case. It’s going back. Far too pale in real life!!

Gutted!

Did you also see the article showing the need for the 20w brick to get the full 15w wireless charge!

Going to wait for belkins effort
Hi Jinjin, yes I spotted this but have a USB-C MacBook I take everywhere so decided it would be worth getting one as the prongs fold! Annoying for others though who have no benefit to buying one.

I have a 60W Anker USB-A powerport system for charging, so I hoped to get an adapter and use this but from the sounds of things I’ll have to plug this adapter in that I got for portability permanently...

@UltraInstinct

I've just had a look at my own Mujjo case and the buttons are NOTHING like the pictures in the above article and website....???!

That IS disappointing. 👎🏼

I will 100% be swapping to Apple's leather ones once they release.

This is the one that’s tempting me towards my first silicone case rather than waiting for the Apple leather.
Sucks to hear it’s not good, the press shots look amazing.

Yeah, they are never bright enough in my opinion! It’s even more annoying as Royal Mail lost my first one and had to re order.

Whats everyones take with Magsafe (whoever has been using it) still in two minds about purchasing
Pros:
  • A nice thing
  • Alternative to lightning cables for bedside charging, durability pending
  • 15W charging speeds are better then most other options if you want to charge wireless

Cons:
  • In practise the cable is too short for most user cases (1 meter)
  • You need a 20W power adapter as well, bringing the purchase to in and around £50
  • Feels as durable as a normal lightning cable, so time will tell if they last

Another tech company are doing a McDonalds. Picture looks upmarket,
Product looks like it’s been roasted inside a PS4.

This is what’s concerning. I was contemplating mounting the MagSafe into my car, but obviously I’d it needs their own 20w then a car charger probably isn’t going to provide enough power either. Although you can buy 20w+ car chargers.

Personally I prefer the metal buttons on the leather cases, but the press shot buttons look WAY nicer than that.

Nearer to £60 in fact, which is steep for a wireless charger that charges only one item at a time.
