Update on my dealings with ReBuy.
it was picked up by DPD on Friday. ReBuy notified me this morning that they’d got it and now I’ve just received notice from them that they don’t agree with my assessment of “Like New”. As follows:
Action Required. | Your order (*******) has now been assessed and unfortunately it does not meet our quality standards. Our engineers have found the following problem with your device: The screen, frame and back cover are noticeably scratched.

My eyes must be defective because I honestly couldn’t see ANY scratches at all.
Oh well, I’m not too bothered as it’s still £5 more than MusicMagpie offered so I’ve accepted the revised offer.
