Home Delivery vs Store Front Collection - Which one will have better chances of delivery next Friday? I guess with limited collection slot availability, apple must be pushing more home delivery stock compared to store pickup? What do you guys think?
I think delivery will be more popular especially with lockdown for England but bear in mine Scotland and Wales aren't in lockdown so it's difficult to say
IUP ANNOUNCEMENT
I have just come off the phone with Apple and they've stated that we CAN upgrade without visiting a store.
1. Go to the online Apple store to purchase your new phone
2. DO NOT SELECT 'TRADE IN'
3. Run through the IUP options
You can now purchase your new phone through IUP, and upon the UK stores reopening, you will have to go in to return your old device.
HOWEVER
during the next 1-2 months (depending on lockdown extension etc), you will be paying for BOTH each month.
Upon the moment you return your old device to the Apple store, Barclays have confirmed that payments made for the old device will be reimbursed!
(Apple sending me confirmation of this as we speak)

Im stuck between silver and blue...had the 12 pro in blue but the silver looks damn nice too
I'm still waiting for the email to come through.. however everything I am seeing online and on Apple's website seriously disagrees with what I've just been told on the phone.
Yeah your info contradicts the website but I do hope it works out well for you.
Do it, do it, do it!!! Why not? At least you'll then be sure. Am pre ordering the 12 Pro Max tomorrow and not 100% sure about the increase but know I can return with confidence if don't like. Will prob stick with my 11 Pro if I don't like the larger size though. That said am really keen to change from the midnight green to gold!

Doesn’t the silver refer to the sides / frame of the phone? I used to get the silver, and the backs were always white.
