Apple store is glitchy, especially web which shows no delivery date, and no historical orders at the moment.

Interesting situation - 3 hours after pre-order, apple requested their money (HSBC "notification" letting me know). 3 minutes later, I received a phishing text for HSBC about an unknown payment (definitely fake).
Bearing in mind the only "notification" of the real apple payment was the HSBC app notification (no new email / apple store update / etc in 3 hours), do you think this is coincidence, or something somewhere is able to track me? (worrying)

The logistics on the Apple store is all over the place at the moment. I have had items arrive weeks ago that still show up on the Apple store as "Arriving soon". Something is definitely broken

Just had a similar problem with Barclaycard and fraud checks. Finally got through to Apple after an hour and they said not to worry as the payment itself won’t be taken out until Thursday. Not very reassuring though.

I wouldn’t worry to much. I ordered a Pro on a Barclaycard and wasn’t processed and cleared until the Tues after launch

Getting my silicone case from Amazon tomorrow and my otterbox is due on wednesday next week. I have the screen protector. Just waiting for the phone now

I think you get an email allowing 7 days to get payment to them before order dates slip.

Might have to move a bit quicker than that as orders will start to be shipped in 5 days time.

Just finished speaking to my bank after 1hr 8mins (most of it on hold). He's cleared the payment on the system their end and updated it so I shouldn't have an issue. Now to get through to Apple to get them to take the payment over the phone.

Just finished speaking to my bank after 1hr 8mins (most of it on hold). He's cleared the payment on the system their end and updated it so I shouldn't have an issue. Now to get through to Apple to get them to take the payment over the phone.

Phew for the bank, apple should be able to take payment soon - hopefully won't affect delivery date.

I think this is just the Leather Wallet and not the Case

Google the product code (MHKM3ZM/A). You'll find that it's the case for the 12 Pro Max.

I have both for the 12 pro. One is very flexible, the other has a hard back and came in a set with 2 screen protectors. The hard back one is a better fit and good value with the screen protectors.

Indeed I did. Got pre-approved last night and completed my order about 13:03. How can Apple still be getting basics like a good pre-order experience so badly wrong?
