Looks like IUP is a no go for anyone on the program, a bit of a shambles from Apple of you ask me.
Got my 12 Pro Max preordered on iPhone Payments and decided to sell my current IUP 11 Pro Max instead of handing it over to Apple on / after 15th Nov.
How does Rebuy work? Do they send the courier next day or do you have to call to arrange collection? I want to secure my 14 day price but do not want to send my 11 Pro Max just yet (want to send it off on / after 13th when my 12 Pro Max arrives).

That’s more an issue with the U.K. population, the government and lockdown 2.0 than Apple to be honest.
IUP would have happened if the stores were allowed to open as normal.
Its really simple. You fill in the online page, Re-Buy quote you a price. DPD come to the door the next day to pick the phone up. No accessories just the phone. They put it in a box and take a photo and then the next day you get an email from Re-Buy saying that they have received the phone and will quality inspect it then the same day, they confirm yes or no that it is in the condition as you described it and the money is in your account the very same day
You sell to them, they will send you an email via DPD for a collection, the following day. You can alter the date of collection on that email to a later date, but within 14 days I think. DPD attend the appointment you have made with a reBuy box and packing, photo your phone and take it away.

Ah ok. I’ll stick to what I’ve done with the Supcase case and belt clip holster. I bought stick on metal plates made by spigen that you can stick inside of phone cases but I super glued one to the holster and now use that with the vent clip I have that’s magnetic. Works perfectly.
Got a bit excited after preordering my 12 pro max and went straight to rebuy to sell my X.
Once you enter your details and hit ‘sell phone’ I think they automatically process the courier and they come within a couple of days (mine was scheduled for Monday). I used their live chat and get that pushed back to next Monday fairly easily, so wouldn’t worry too much.
Just doing some late shopping. Everything going MagSafe. No wondergetting richer with vegetables like me.

Guess the wireless charging cum MagSafe vent holder will come earliest by January. Tech is already there. 3rd party just need to tweak a bit. Everyone will jump in and speed up the competition soon.
For me I just like the form factor. Looks like one magnet slab and ball joint at the back. Not sure how it will hold up as it seems weak in support.

You will need to email them to change your collection date. I responded to their order email and got my date changed to the latest date they could give me. So I gave myself a 7 day overlap with both phones.
I ordered a Mini but changed my mind now. I can’t see a cancel option and it’s preparing to ship. I thought they wouldn’t take the money until Wednesday or so but looks like they have and it isn’t just a pre-authorisation.

I’m afraid you can’t cancel once your status changes to Preparing to Ship.
You’ll have to send it back.
