Just used the app to pre order the pre order!!! Can’t do it on the website.

Ordering 2? Wow

Lmk if you find a way to pay by PayPal credit.
I did last year but it was pre ordering at the time it opened. This “get ready” thing won’t let you specify PayPal. I wonder what the stock levels are actually like this year. Hopefully plentiful

Im seeing members ordering two types of ESR protectors. Which one is better Amorite version or the Standard version?

I have Standard version with no black borders on order.

Jump back to page 93 I’ve posted some pics of the ESR Armorite version, mine arrived today.

I think it’s definitely more premium in quality to the standard version, very tough piece of glass.

Slight off topic, Amazon have MagSafe chargers for £26 just ordered two with some Stouchi stands for them

They have the RRP lower than apple too so the saving is even better than Amazon suggest. £39 at apple!

What I may do is “get ready” the preorder using credit card. Then see if PayPal credit becomes an option and order via PayPal credit as well. Then cancel the credit card order. But still undecided.

Me last night "I don't need Magsafe"

Me after reading this "My amazon delivery is due tomorrow"

Whaaaaa? Do you have details?
Is there a real benefit of MagSafe over standard wireless charging? Is my Anker wireless charger still going to work on the 13. Also, I’d need a USB-c plug, so try saving is diminished.

I thought this but figured I’ll just wait and hope for the best. Worked last time. If it doesn’t - I’ll have to wait. Won’t die if I do 🤣

Yep I’m with EE and apparently my average usage over the past 2 years is only 13GB out of 50GB, I’ve found an o2 deal £10 per month for 20gb so might give that a shot as o2 had been ok for me in the past

Ive been with O2 for several years - more then I can remember actually.
Every year when my contract ends (sim only, 12 month) I call them and extend it for another year, and have a £4 loyalty discount added. So for the past 2 years or so Ive been getting 100GB for £16 a month.
I use a fraction of it, but good to know I have it 'just in case'!!! I generally tether the kids iPhones and iPads to it when on long drives etc.
Anyways, good service. Would recommend them.

I’ve got £482 locked in for my iPhone 12 128gb at WeBuyAnyPhone (including 5% extra). Locked in on the 7th and I have 21 days to get it back to them. Is this a good price or shall I look elsewhere?

Look elsewhere.
I got £500 for my iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB from MM - locked the price in last week on the 8th and will send it off before the end of this week.

That’s a good deai

but how are they?
I’ve never had any issues with signal and I live in the middle of the Peak District and travel to Manchester and Leeds for work. Suppose it all depends on where you live 🤷🏼‍♂️

Must be.
It’s a weird one. I reckon they are testing demand.
The stock is probably already in the U.K.
It's not weird when you think that this mechanism was available to credit buyers last year. it makes to roll it out to everyone because it means that the website will have less chance of falling over like it used to do in years past because all the work has been done. it's literally a load of people clicking 'Complete order' instead of going through loads of pages and requesting loads of images and the servers tanking.

Finally made my preorder ready. All set for tomorrow. Burner phone up and running… and going for silver for another year 😂

Ive had silver for the past few years now. Time for a change so went with the blue. Hope I don't regret it......

Imagine the amount of money rolling in within the first few minutes when pre-order opens!

Wonder how this pre order pre order works tomorrow? Open app, click done?

For the pre auth’d finance it was exactly that.

When the store opens, the message which currently says to come back tomorrow

Will change to something ‘complete your order’. Then it’s a case of confirming model (obvs if you change from what you did at the time of the pre auth, then you might have to do the finance again ) and then select collect or delivery.

It was all done in under a minute last year.

The interesting bit is for those who have not gone down the finance route but paying outright. I’m assuming it will be similar but then a final step to pay.
