Which Model are you getting?

Question for anyone who's done the pre order setup. Is it as easy as following the link on the email at 1pm saying "view your saved iphone" and then completing the purchase? Or do i just go straight to the website (nothing shows up at the moment when i click on the basket icon)

Yep. Just means a healthy demand of everyone at the same time hitting the card companies.

It also depends how many of the people who do preorder are actually in forums and looking at Apple app/store from today to know it’s there.

See my post just above. Just use the Apple store app and when the store ‘opens’ you’ll have a prompt on that first screen to complete the process. Super fast to do

It won't appear on the website. Only in the app.

I don't think the deals in that screenshot are their 'advanced' plan which includes go roam etc (Although thanks to Brexit they're bringing back roaming charges next year, well done if you voted for that!!!:mad:)

I left to go to o2 last year as they had a decent deal however found the signal rubbish, went back to 3 as soon as the 12 month sim with o2 ran out

but to be honest, it really doesn't matter who you're with, it depends on who's the best carrier for where you live for the best signal at the best price whether it be Tesco mobile or EE

I currently pay £15/m Sim only on 3's advanced plan, 100gb unlimited mins/texts, could easily get away with 10gb a month, no idea what these people who manage to use 100gb or need unlimited data are doing 🤣

Just to confirm those 3 mobile deals include 5G unlimited data and do include ‘go roam’. I double checked before I negotiated a new deal a few weeks back

Looks like my AppleCare+ expires end of October for my current iPhone 12 - hardly worth the effort calling that in for a refund!

Can‘t remember but if we’re going down the Barclays Finance route for the 13, is it necessary to take out AC+ also?

Where are you seeing them on the website? I can't find the £12 one... but if thats the case thats £3 less than im paying now for the same, might give me reason to pass some time tomorrow and try to get them to knock me some money off my current plan 🤣

Are you sure? The 12 only came out last year and (unless you’re playing monthly for AC) then paying upfront gives you 2 years of cover
 
For those of you who skipped the Keynote on Tuesday to watch football (specifically United) where we abysmally lost...I may have just given both them and myself a bad omen of getting Villarreal tickets on pre-order eve...

Cue a 4-0 loss and a 4 week delay on my Phone order now!😥

….. well I for one won’t be online tomorrow until way past 1pm as I’ll be driving my son to Sussex Uni in the morning! I’m hoping I’ll be able to steal 5 minutes at some point to put in my pre-order !!!!

The £12 p/m deal is for 100GB not Unlimited. If you search Uswitch for sim only deals and only filter by the 3 network you should see it there 👍

AC is a choice not mandatory as with IUP. But you’ve done your pre-auth for finance? You’d would have been able to add it during the process.

You can still buy it up to 60 days after purchase.

Somebody enquired with Argos via Twitter waaaaay back in this thread - the trade in site IS indeed legit.

I'm likely to be trying my luck on several devices, just wondering, I did a pre-auth via the app on my phone, should I do another one on the iPad App? it doesn't seem to reflect in the app store app on there or am I missing something?
This is to pay outright by the way, not doing finance
