Interesting with the poll this year.

As of right now, there is 57 buying the 13 Pro Max in Sierra Blue and 57 buying the 13 Pro Max in Graphite. 22.6% for each covering a market share of 45.2% between them. Outstanding.

Pro Max is really popular this year as are the blue & grey colours!

Really struggling deciding between Pro and Pro Max. How does one decide!!

…..so what colour Apple cases have people gone for with their Sierra Blue iPhones?!!

For silicone I settled with Abyss Blue. Blue Jay looks decent too. Midnight is blacker than I expected so I may buy that as a 2nd even though I said I wouldn’t! The Sequoia Green leather was a choice, looks great in all colours but not Sierra Blue imo.

I do want a Saddle Brown inspired third party high premium leather too.

Well I went from an 11 promax to a 12 pro because it was lighter and easier to handle but after nine months I started thinking how much I missed the screen size of the 12 pro
Really wish I liked the size of the Pro Max but it’s just so awkward

I got the 11 Pro max when that came out and had it for 3 days before taking back and swapping for a standard 11 Pro, I found it just didn’t fit in the pocket, it was heavy, you couldn’t easily just sit and browse your phone with one hand or pull it out your pocket while you’re walking and quickly send a text or something

there’s also no benefit to the bigger screen I find other than looking at pictures or watching a video, for example if you go on Twitter on a standard size and can see 10 tweets on Twitter, you’ll also still only see 10 tweets on the pro max screen..

I may reserve a 13 Pro Max for collection but delay the collection until after the 26th September to make sure my 11th Barclays direct debit has been paid and received. Don’t want the situation I’ve had before where I’ve had to pay the extra when collecting at the Apple store and then the DD has also been claimed and it was a case of tough luck with no refund for the extra payment.

I made a payment via their automated line and it updated by 8am

What is everyone’s set-up routine? Do you restore from back-up so everything was as your previous iPhone? Or do you set-up as new iPhone and slowly build it back up?

I’m very tempted to do the latter so it can grow organically as I use it. I think also it will feel more like an upgrade and new phone that way. Are there any negatives to this approach? I’ve got photos backed up to iCloud, along with pretty much everything else.

I always do this. The vitals are in iCloud then just build out a new phone.

Have messages saved from my late wife so I always restore from back up in case I ever lose them. Part of the reason I’ve been with Apple for as long as I have.

Funny, that’s exactly what I do with my Max phone :)

After reading a lot of comparisons, I'm now double minded about ordering a 13 pro. I am not a pro photographer or a video creator and the only usable benefit I'll probably get over a 13 would be pro motion (I love it on my ipad) and slightly better battery life.
The only reason I wanted to go for a pro model was because iv never had one and I currently have a 12mini so thought a pro would be a substantial upgrade.
Help please 😁😁

I’ve got my 12 pro max and 11 pro max (just sits in a drawer as back up), both mint condition, locked in for £1099 total with Argos.

Shall I do the trade-in to get the 13 pro max? I want it but I don’t need it. Ahhh!
