Hey

Anyone know the latest with EE E sims? I moved to one last year on my 12 pro - I guess I need to request a new one? Do these still get posted or can they be done online now? Don’t want to order one and cut off my existing phone

Got my pre-order ready for a 13P, didn't go for the Max as I have had a big phone before and it hurt my small hands haha, besides the normal Pro is bigger than my current 4A anyway, ordered the 20W charger too and will get a cheap black case as I am going for graphite.

After reading a lot of comparisons, I'm now double minded about ordering a 13 pro. I am not a pro photographer or a video creator and the only usable benefit I'll probably get over a 13 would be pro motion (I love it on my ipad) and slightly better battery life.
The only reason I wanted to go for a pro model was because iv never had one and I currently have a 12mini so thought a pro would be a substantial upgrade.
Help please

If you get it from Apple, and you don’t like it you can return it. So that’s an option for you.

The Pro is a fair bit heavier than the mini, and this can be noticeable for some especially if using it for an extended period of time.

Pro Motion is going to be nice, but if you’ve not experienced anything similar before you won’t miss it.

Battery life will be considerably better on the 13 Pro than a 12 mini, no comparison with that.

Camera is a fairly substantial upgrade, larger sensors, better stability, better features and of course Pro Raw if you did want to ever edit your photos etc.

The 12 mini is still an excellent device, and will continue to be so for many years to come but I would try to test out the new devices in store before deciding.

I was telling myself I wasn’t getting one because there is no black option….probably will end up with Pro in Graphite. After having the green 11 and blue 12 I just don’t see the need for a colour. Even with clear case I don’t see it properly

help me keep the x for another year, sell it or keep as a 2nd phone and get a 13 pro max with company card (expense)

You can order a e sim and have it delivered in the EE app.

I've preordered the 13 Pro Graphite and I've also secured the interest free credit through Barclays.
I always buy black or grey phones, but I changed to selecting the Sierra Blue yesterday. After checking the colour today, I have changed back to Graphite because I would have preferred a darker shade of blue.
I'm already collecting the iPad mini for myself an an iPad 9 for a family member on 24 Sep in the evening at the Apple Store. I will try to see if I can book an iPhone collection for the same time.

You're absolutely right about the battery situation and that is one of the main reasons why I wanted to upgrade to the 6.1 in size. But is 13 pro really worth it for my use case compared to a normal 13 that's the real dilemma 🙂

Happy Pre-Order Day everyone!

Let’s do this!

Oh hang on, it’s 3:45am, back to sleep first!😂
It's 12:51am Friday, where I am...in olden times, I'd be struggling to stay awake until 3:00am over here...but succeeded...barely! LOL.

Glad it was changed to 8am ET, Still....struggling. I'm not a morning person and not in my 20s anymore when this would not be an issue..😆

Go in the EE app on your current device. Click on settings then Device and SIM swap then Replace my Sim. Choose the number you want it for. You then get the following options.

The key thing is you must have your current eSIM still active so that it can receive an SMS to activate the SIM via EE app/website.
