All done for pickup on 24th. iPhone upgrade programme.

Seamless process once the app went live. Website on Mac seemed to take ages to come online this year.

in store reservations are the worst in terms of updates during the week.. you won't see any more updates until Thursday.

having it delivered for the first time in years so get to enjoy (endure) the courier tracking!
 
I got my 256gb Pro Max ordered but they have my old address as shipping address, even though my current one is in my details. Does anyone know if I can change it? It can't be done at the mo as the order is pending.
give apple and call, I'm sure they can sort something out
 
Well that was the easiest preorder for an iPhone I think I’ve had. About 5 minutes in had iPhone and iPad app open and iPad went in much sooner, couple of clicks and a Graphite 256GB iPhone 13 Pro done for next Friday delivery. Just got to get the battery replaced on my iPhone X to sell that on now.

About 5 minutes in had iPhone and iPad app open and iPad went in much sooner, couple of clicks and a Graphite 256GB iPhone 13 Pro done for next Friday delivery. Did the pre-pre order appear on your iPad? For some reason it would on the web and iPhone app, but not iPad app when I was checking them yesterday.

Pre-pre-order showed up on my iPad even though I set it up on my iPhone.
Are you signed in to the same Apple Store account on both devices?

Well I'm 2 hours closer to picking up the iPhone next Friday 😂

Yeah you get 14 days and you should be treated the same as someone who's getting their phone posted to them - i.e. 14 days from the date you would have received a shipping notification.

So 14 days from the day I pick up my 13 Pro (next Fri)?
 
Grrrrr. I keep getting 502 bad gateway on the web site and transaction interrupted on the Apple Store app and already the phone I have in my basket that initially showed a 24 Sep delivery date now says 4 - 11 Oct plus the option to pick up from my local store on 24 Sep has also disappeared.
I had similar, extremely frustrating problems but eventually, by 13:51 I managed to secure my graphite iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB for store collection. I would have opted for delivery but at least I’ll have it by about 9:30am.

For me it was the worst and most stressful pre-order EVER. So much for the pre-order pre-authorisation.

looking at my 13 Pro Max case and thinking/hoping/praying I've made the right decision going back up to the Max size. that thing is huge compared to my 12 pro. having doubts already and only 2 hours since I ordered! hoping once I unbox it next Friday the lure of the big screen will crush any doubts I have about its size...🤞
 
EE Anytime Upgrade customers, when doing upgrade online did you get charged the £100 fee or told to send existing device back? I didn't and its not mentioned in order email either...

I am going back to the max this year as well, I really missed the larger screen...only downside is that it's more difficult to fit in pockets.

I was in the same boat. I was concerned my order wouldn’t come so rang them. They said it wasn’t processed correctly and as such just sitting there. They redid the order for me but didn’t ask for the £100 fee but I am still awaiting confirmation email

I got the confirmation email, account shows no longer eligible. Are you anytime upgrade? Did they mention sending the old phone back?
