got the phone ordered just need to see if amazon get anymore silicone cases in stock as got a voucher to use. Seems odd as last year amazon had loads of these cases in stock
 
Love the transfer from device to device.

Now get the following on the old device.

Apple Watch also seamlessly transfers over. A lot sleazy than it worked last year. I am running iOS 15 so some of it could be that.

looks like I can pick up in my local store for all models of the pro (apart from the 1tb) for the 24th too

plenty of pro stock it seems


with the Pro Max all delivery dates have slipped.

looks like only the gold 128/256 available for next Friday in my local store.

I feel trade in prices are seriously too low for iphone 12 pro models. £650~ for something I paid over a grand less than 12 months ago ?? What do you think?
 
I started trying to access the site at 1pm but was having all sorts of trouble trying to get the iUP page to load. I got there eventually and placed my order at about 1.12 but I got a date of 12th October. Am I the only person this has happened to? Sounds like everyone else managed to get pick up on 24th. iUP was a nightmare last year as well. Beginning to wonder what the point of it is.

If you paid via ApplePay, this is likely down to your preferred shipping details in there

Check in Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Shipping address and change it there (for future)

As @Jinjin says, call Apple to change this order address though

Yea good shout, not sure if I should be upgrading my 12 pro. Really want that blue sierra colour, bigger battery and ProMotion display. My 12 pro let me down with all aspects, it isnt really a pro-feature phone other than just a ”pro” design.

is going down ebay route to buy new phone and sell current phone a good idea?

you may have seen some bay horror stories on here today!

I avoid it for high demand items like phones and laptops... will take a small hit on price using MM and the like but after bays fees etc it might not be that big a difference... the comfort factor makes it worth it
 
Ok my confirmation has just come from EE. Also for some reason had two iPhones on order via apple. I was unsure if EE order had worked so ordered from apple to but had two showing. Never mind.

I’ve reserved a 13 Pro 256gb on the iUP at the Edinburgh store to collect on launch day. My 11th direct debit payment on the iUP is due on the same day and I have a feeling it will not show on my Barclays account. I may have to delay collection as I’m not paying a further £56.45 in store if my direct debit has already been paid that same day. Would rather wait a further 4 or 5 days to collect than be ripped off for a double payment.

what is your remaining balance and which phone were you going to hand back?

After going back to the order numerous times, the edit button finally appeared under shipping address and I could change it. It's odd though as I went through all the Apple pay/Wallet settings the other day and checked if the addresses are current and they are. I have no idea why they should choose to ship to a previous address that is not listed in my account. I think maybe when I get the phone, I'll delete my registered cards and enter them back in again.
