I had confirmation email with xko number. Yeah I am anytime upgrade and yes I have 14 days after I receive my new phone to send it back.

Despite being sat in the hairdressers, with dye in my hair, no glasses and on 4G… I managed to get mine through with confirmation email at 13:00

Might book in for a hair appointment next year too if it brings me this much luck 🍀

I had to ring too and spoke to them at 1400 but still no email confirmation except the first one I got which wasn’t processing

I asked them to send me text with order confirmation link.

Apparently they had internal email that website is down so be prepared for over flow.

Has anyone used an 'EE perks' code on an iPhone 13 Pro Max / unlimited data order?
having done some calculations it's looking a little cheaper (with the 20% off) than sim only + phone so I figured I might do both together as I plan to switch to EE (coverage/performance) in any case.

However going through the checkout I hit 'Sorry, that voucher's not valid' when I use the code which was generated just now via the EE perks portal.

The T&Cs don't seem to exclude this plan or device explicitly. I may phone up but can only assume long delays.
Or go with the standalone phone order.. or cancel... lol....

This would be a totally new plan - no upgrade

They’re now saying “Delivery Date Pending” so hopefully I’ll still get it on the 24th September 😬

I had to use my PC to do the order, both my Mac and iPad (safari) do not play nice with the codes.

I have just transfered my EE eSim to my new iPhone 12 Pro and it took literally 30 seconds to do. So easy. Could argue even less time than sticking a pin in the side of 2 devices and moving a physical SIM over

My perks code wouldn’t work online so they applied it when I rang them.

yes, that screen is nice but I don't use the watch apps that much that its currently an issue. what usually gets me is a significant redesign.. hopefully next year

Call them, I've had issues with perks codes before, they added them manually. This was about 4 years ago tho.

They'll send it out on Friday but you'll get it on Saturday 25.09.

silver and graphite pro's have slipped for delivery

looks like I can pick up in my local store for all models of the pro (apart from the 1tb) for the 24th too

plenty of pro stock it seems


with the Pro Max all delivery dates have slipped.

looks like only the gold 128/256 available for next Friday in my local store.
