This has happened to me and my mate too. Hopefully there won't be any issues on pick up!Can anyone confirm there won’t be any issues with the following - I paid via Barclays loan, Barclays have all my correct details ( I’ve checked my contract) ie address, phone number. When I checked out, despite my changing my billing and shipping address with Apple as well as all payment details, they somehow pulled my old address and phone number. I’m collecting so at least don’t have to worry about it shipping to the wrong place but is there anything I should be aware of? I already have my pickup pass uploaded to my wallet. Ie when I go to collect will they ask me to confirm address and phone number, will Apple send a receipt to my old address or anything?
I feel trade in prices are seriously too low for iphone 12 pro models. £650~ for something I paid over a grand less than 12 months ago ?? What do you think?
I have £564.50 remaining balance on my iPhone 12 Pro 128gb. I need to pay my 11th instalment, the direct debit for this is due on 24th September. Apple upgrade checker currently says I need to pay my 11th £56.45 instalment to be eligible. If the direct debit for this is only paid on the same day the new iPhone is launched then chances are it’ll not show on my Barclays finance account. If so I’ll have to reschedule collection for the following week.what is your remaining balance and which phone were you going to hand back?
I got my Pro from AO last year on launch day and was very impressed by the service. I think I ordered on the Saturday or the Sunday so delivery date from apple had gone way out but AO came through bang on timeIf anyone is still looking for stock - AO have just emailed to say 13s are now available for pre-order. They’re normally pretty reliable for me delivery-wise.
It’s ridiculous. I think ebay is the route to go down or private sell through other means to maximise profits. You're actually very lucky...£659 for me for a 12PM 256GB
I don't know how it works as have not used it but can you not ring up and pay the 11th installment early?I have £564.50 remaining balance on my iPhone 12 Pro 128gb. the other option is just closing the current IUP loan yourself. Music Magpie will give you £505+£30 for your handset, and you'll get around £100 back from AppleCare. use that to then pay off your current loan and you'll be £60 in pocket!*I have £564.50 remaining balance on my iPhone 12 Pro 128gb. Any other plonkers like me who got the 512GB model when they would have been perfectly fine with a 128GB model??....... lol
I'd move to Android if Apple started using Hermes... nearly got into a punch up with my last Hermes driver... company is abhorrentDid I hear that Apple are using Hermes for all their UK iPhone deliveries this year? 😂😂😂
the blue pro looks more blue/grey! I like!
Thanks, that could be a option, Argos offering me £601 for my iPhone 12 Pro.the other option is just closing the current IUP loan yourself. then you can continue to pick up your phone as planned and start that as a new IUP.
* you might have two loans running for a small period whilst you sell the phone etc. and obviously dependant on credit checks etc.
I usually collect from store each year.. just not this year
I had an 8am pick up last year when the store opened.. it was quiet.
Apple stores are limiting numbers in the store at any one time and the timeslot reservations help. there will be a different (shorter) queue for reservations
