Can anyone confirm there won’t be any issues with the following - I paid via Barclays loan, Barclays have all my correct details ( I’ve checked my contract) ie address, phone number. When I checked out, despite my changing my billing and shipping address with Apple as well as all payment details, they somehow pulled my old address and phone number. I’m collecting so at least don’t have to worry about it shipping to the wrong place but is there anything I should be aware of? I already have my pickup pass uploaded to my wallet. Ie when I go to collect will they ask me to confirm address and phone number, will Apple send a receipt to my old address or anything?
This has happened to me and my mate too. Hopefully there won't be any issues on pick up!

what is your remaining balance and which phone were you going to hand back?
I have £564.50 remaining balance on my iPhone 12 Pro 128gb. I need to pay my 11th instalment, the direct debit for this is due on 24th September. Apple upgrade checker currently says I need to pay my 11th £56.45 instalment to be eligible. If the direct debit for this is only paid on the same day the new iPhone is launched then chances are it’ll not show on my Barclays finance account. If so I’ll have to reschedule collection for the following week.

If anyone is still looking for stock - AO have just emailed to say 13s are now available for pre-order. They’re normally pretty reliable for me delivery-wise.
I got my Pro from AO last year on launch day and was very impressed by the service. I think I ordered on the Saturday or the Sunday so delivery date from apple had gone way out but AO came through bang on time

Cant find Australia or international for iphone 13 etc, Ive already order 256GB graphite iphone 13 pro max im so bloody exciting and looking forward to it

I don't know how it works as have not used it but can you not ring up and pay the 11th installment early?

the other option is just closing the current IUP loan yourself. Music Magpie will give you £505+£30 for your handset, and you'll get around £100 back from AppleCare. use that to then pay off your current loan and you'll be £60 in pocket!*

then you can continue to pick up your phone as planned and start that as a new IUP.

* you might have two loans running for a small period whilst you sell the phone etc. and obviously dependant on credit checks etc.

Just posted off my 11 Pro Max to MM - now fingers crossed it gets there OK and they pay out!
Have used them once before and went through fine, and I know my phone was mint, but let's see!!

Holy Moly - I leave this thread for just ONE day and it’s jumped from page 116 (at the time of my above post) to around 142 😮😮😮

Can people please STOP posting til I have caught up!!!!

THANKS!!
put us out of our misery!!!

did you get a phone?

Any other plonkers like me who got the 512GB model when they would have been perfectly fine with a 128GB model??....... lol

Thanks, that could be a option, Argos offering me £601 for my iPhone 12 Pro.

Well, luckily, at precisely 1pm today I was parked up in the Sussex Uni campus car park after ‘accidentally’ leaving my tools in the car in case of unexpected DIY jobs in my son’s Uni room so luckily, had time to put in my pre-order 😎

The Apple Store app kicked into life at around 1:03 today after seeing several ‘Almost There’ holding pages so kept killing the app and reloading and managed to get in before 1:05 to complete my order 😎 opting for a Delivery (it’s gonna be SO much fun tracking ‘Dave’ in his DPD van on Friday!!!!) 😂

Also, BOTH my Apple Leather ‘Midnight’ case and ESR Amorite protector pack arrived today, despite me only ordering BOTH yesterday - thats bloody good service!!!

The ‘Midnight’ leather case looks almost black but it isn’t and kinda looks like a very dark navy - it actually looks quite nice and will go nicely with the Sierra Blue Pro phone.

If people want to get an actual blue leather case, I would highly recommend the ones sold by Mujjo.

On a final note for this post, I have decided to sell my 12 on FB MarketPlace as they seem to attract a much higher price than anywhere else + it’s free to sell on there. I reckon I can easily get at least the £519 Argos said they would pay and seeing that the first iPhone 13 Barclays Finance payment doesn’t start for a month, that gives this time to sell my 12 and pay off the Finance on the 12….👍🏼👍🏼

I usually collect from store each year.. just not this year

I had an 8am pick up last year when the store opened.. it was quiet.

Apple stores are limiting numbers in the store at any one time and the timeslot reservations help. there will be a different (shorter) queue for reservations

…..so you opted for delivery this year then - how come?

Anyone using an esim having to go through the mild annoyance of ordering a new one?
I don’t see the point of it. In my head when I first read about it, I was like - ‘Oh cool, sign up to a mobile plan and get emailed your SIM instantly and scan it off the screen!’

I’m sticking with it though so that I can use an esim and physical sim when abroad now that free roaming seems to be going away with Brexit.

My Amazon order still says delivery date pending, it’s making me nervous.
