My DHL tracking is now working and the status is that it has been collected.
My DHL latest status had been collected @ 13:33PM. 
Just had my DHL notification on the app that the phone is at the depot.
Speaking of which I got my launch day Xbox Series X from Argos on launch. Not only that but they sent me an official white Xbox controller by mistake instead of the official play and charge kit I had pre-ordered with the console. When I called to let them know they told me to keep the controller and said they would send me the play and charge kit.
I just called EE, showing as open sales which means not even picked yet, which means I’m not even getting it tomorrow despite their stupid tracking site saying otherwise.

I ordered at 9:30am on the Friday 17th(the advisor submitted it at 1pm for me).

It’s such a shame how basically Apple are the only people you can actually rely on providing it at launch. Not to say no one has had any success but it’s so hit and miss.

Wow. I would kick a fuss. Ask for order trail. How can they mess up the pre pre-order.
don't get me started on this - a despicable practice that raises prices for everyone else & further exacerbates the environmental impact too. what a waste of the time of dozens of people touching each phone all the way down the chain.
absolutely boils my piss that people (and self-proclaimed 'fans' at that) would buy one intentionally to cover a gap, purely to capture a better trade-in price.
marginally worse than the chronically indecisive who order a selection, rather than waiting to go to a store to choose.
Don’t forget the people that go through about 20 phones for teeny, tiny perceived defects or ‘yellow’ screens.
Just called Apple they said the invoice has been generated which means payment is taken. Sometimes pickup confirmed happens when the store shuts
I'm so mad, for some reason DHL decided to change my delivery to Monday.... with no reason whatsoever
In the text message I got from DHL it says the delivery will be within 48 hours from tomorrow. They have done this for years, but not sure why they just don’t say will be delivered tomorrow.
iPhone 13 pro max 256gb graphite, changed to dispatch in 24 hours yesterday and then today nothing happened so that’s when I called and was told nothing has even been picked and there’s now a 21 day delay.
DHL saying Monday delivery. Hopefully it’ll update but it may be because I’m in Northern Ireland
I assume so - I'm just saying whats in the Apple T&C's..... its needs to be 'blockable' for them to release a replacement handset.....
