Massively different. Putting a sticker on a box is much easier than getting a shrink wrap machine to crimp the plastic
Oh good, another case idea.No, AppleCare doesn’t cover cosmetic damage. I use a screen protector, so no risk of scratches on the front. The stainless steel sides hold up very well and I’ve also had no scratches on the back glass before either. I do put the phone in a shock sock when in my pocket though so it doesn’t get scratched by anything that may be in there.

Right - haven’t actually managed to set up my 13 Pro yet ( 😮 I know 🙄), but its now time!
It’s now 12:36 Sunday lunchtime - I’ll report back once I’m done (I’m gonna be using the iPhone to iPhone transfer method + hoping my S4 Apple Watch also gets transferred during the process without having to manually unpair from old phone and pair to new phone).
See you all on the other side…….

I know I had no issues with the watch. All the health data in iCloud.
Unpaired and then paired with new phone and all good! Do have to set up some things again like faces etc and just to confirm ccv on cards but all simple enough.
Replicating the break tab on the shrink wrap would be pretty difficult too…
Finally got my dispatch email from amazon, for a 512GB PM Blue. Turning up tomorrow, better than the 8/10 - 11/11 arrival they originally said 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I did the phone to phone transfer and my S4 watch transferred to the new phone fine. Only issues I’ve had is the known unable to unlock phone with watch bug, and the Digital Crown isn’t adjusting the volume when I play music on my phone and the Apple Music control is on my watch.
