Cripes, I have exactly the same with a high-value item from Amazon. I'd be in bits if it was the phone but it's just a fitbit 🤣

I do wonder if it's something to do with the petrol situation (for delivery drivers) so I have no idea if it will arrive as I have no tracking and just a note to say it could arrive today or tomorrow and if not I can request a refund.... I can feel your anxiety for the iPhone! to be honest I'm amazed drivers got pretty much all the launch deliveries out on Friday! Good luck, hope it arrives today!

I fancy Chicken Curry with Pilau Rice today for my lunch.

Any suggestions ??

This section is of the forum is now full of threads and posts with members returning their iPhone 13s and using pathetic excuses. Why did you upgrade in the first place. Its crazy thing.

Tried calling my local Currys/CPW to see if they still do trade-ins in store, but they never answer the phone.

I noticed there seems to be a lot of posts about people returning their phones.
Maybe Apple didn't provide enough of an upgrade to make it worth it?

I'd be interested to know from the people on here that upgraded. Do you feel it's worth it or is it just a nice to have?

They should do, a few people have this year including me. https://www.carphonewarehouse.com/mobiles/trade-in.html

Latest update from EE copy and pasted their email, it sounds like I will be getting more than the £50 compensation.


Unfortunately there is no further update, You will be notified in the next 14 days from the 24th September on when the phone will arrive. Someone is supposed to be contacting you regarding some sort of credit for you in this time frame also but if you do not hear from anyone please let me know and we can have a chat about a credit for you once you receive the phone.



Apologies again for the delays and fingers crossed it doesn’t take the full 14 days.

I haven't really looked at much else of the forum except for this thread.

One thing I do know is I won't be returning my 13 Pro Max,

The 120hz promotion screen, battery and camera are more than worth the upgrade for me.

For me, it was worth upgrading to the 13 Pro Max, even coming from a 12 Pro Max. It’s a decent upgrade in several different ways and is a keeper.

For me yes too. Upgrading from 12 Pro Max.

Screen.
Camera.
Sierra Blue.
Battery.
Speed.
12 Pro Max Depreciation.

Happy with mine even though it’s still only a modest incremental improvement from my 11 (My eyes are old I can’t tell the difference with pro motion ) The camera was my main reason and im very happy with the results so far. Yet to have chance to do some raw shooting and take into Lightroom/PS.

Anyone here got the newest dji osmo - I’m intrigued to know if it can cope with the weight of the 13PM?

TBH apart from my annual visit to this thread I hardly come to the forums any more: it's become a pretty toxic environment a lot of the time. Criticism and discussion of genuine problems with products is fine, but there seem to be a lot of people on here now (this thread excepted, luckily!) who go far, far beyond what's sensible looking for defects / issues (e.g. I saw a post where someone said they'd got a bad screen on their 13 because it looked slightly uneven on a plain background when viewed in the dark, at minimum brightness, with True Tone and Night Shift both on - the issue wasn't visible any other time!).

I confess I’m the same, I appear on this possibly every two years, have a few discussions about cases, etc then disappear! I was going to try and participate in the photos thread, but I cba… have resolved to try and take more and post on instagram instead…

Went from 12 Pro to 13 Pro .. nice upgrade and better than last years!! (I do it every year)
The battery life is a heap better and the macro camera is an excellent addition. I also appreciate optical zoom going to 3x. Just another reason that I never need to take my ‘point and click’ camera with me anywhere any more 🙂

Best way to sell them IMO if you want the most for the handset with no fee's to pay either!
I did list my 11 PM on there, and got loads of silly offers - £100 less then MM in some cases!
Had someone seemingly genuine. Organized collection - he didn't show and when contacted said he bought one somewhere else for cheaper instead!
Hence in the end I didn't want to lose the price I had locked in with MM so just sent it in instead.

Hope you find a genuine buyer and have a quick and easy sale dude!!

If you take cash, check the notes (new plastic notes only!).
Bank transfer even better!

Not a single one! I don't like how much space they take up, but cant really find any that I actually need on there TBH...... will look out for others suggestions though!

Ordered 9:30am on 17th, said arriving on 24th and dispatching 24 hours then nothing happened.

I was the guy who posted the last update about the 1264 missing iPhones EE told me about.
