How do we send with special delivery? don't we need to use their label which is Tracked 48?
No. Their label only insures you for £100. I always send my phones special delivery. You can still attach the label they send but tell the post office you want special delivery.
No update from Argos yet for my trade in.
Sent special delivery on Thursday, checked Royal Mail and it was received on Friday morning at 8:36am. No email to confirm they have received it.

Doesn't sound great/stress free experience. I think I'll go to Currys/CPW to check if they can take my device with the stated price in their website(£630 for 12Pro 256GB), and if not then I may go with Argos...

Actually ordering is a different matter the site had a meltdown as 2 people must of been trying at the same time, whoever says Currys are a poor company Have never used Argos ,they are complete saints compared to Argos imo

Argos is delivery only currys too early to get in store stock yet try John Lewis you can check stores stock online
john lewis has closed all their stores down in sheff. so i am in a real predicament. especially since i've got no phone now and needed the 13 pro urgently.
