Favourite non-iPhone though was the Panasonic X200 which i bought in Asia, i never saw anyone else with the phone over here so that made me feel special :D

.....yea totally agree!!!!

Although, Pierce Brosnan used a Nokia Communicator in a Bond film when he was sat in the back seat of his car whilst remotely controlling said car with said phone, during an escape from the baddies in an underground car park once!!!

I remember going crazy when Orange (EE) released the Orange SPV, essentially a the first colour/Windows phone and I had to have it, it had an attachable camera and roll-out keyboard - I went through several itterations before I moved on! (not my pictures, although I still have it and all the attachments!) 😆

The good old days of Nokia. I still have a Nokia N95 8GB the all black one somewhere, loved that phone.

I have kept my 8110i/nk502 and N95 (silver). The former doesn't seem work on any network, the latter still has some old text messages on it but needs the battery cover replacing (easy enough to get a kit still on eBay, I've changed the whole outer case before). Both design classics, in my opinion.

I don't think people want large phones, they want large screens. But no-one's worked out how to do that small/large combination. Folding phones isn't it (not yet anyway).

I agree. I’ve been using a lot of different Anker products over the years mainly cables and they definitely offer top quality. I would go as far as to say better then Apples own cables and cheaper.

Three has come a long way. I still remember in 2003 when Three was launched and their Motorola line up was the most hideous mobile phone line up ever. I got myself that long phat Motorola on unlimited plan and the phone hardly worked. I was so glad when my contract finished. I went back to T Mobile and never looked back lol.

I remember having this NEC brick of a phone when 3 first came out. It was surprising cheap but I remember it being an absolute banger of a phone. Really impressive back in the day.

Me too. If the screen is as good as my iPad 12.9” I’ll be very happy! I’d also be really pleased if they surprised us with FaceID and a decent webcam but I’m not holding my breath. The M1 processor is very impressive. The M1X should be on another level still. Exciting times!

Unfortunately even Liverpool and Manchester JL stores (within striking distance of North Wales) still have none so that’s no good for you either.

I work in Liverpool and have been looking everyday. Just thought I’d give people a heads up.

I see if they have three of them you can request collection or delivery.

I’ve got one with apple coming early November. But I really wanted to do a pick up from an apple store as haven’t been to one for like three years.
