You have to allow them a few days for processing as well.
I locked my price on the 8th and plan to send mine in before the end of this week just in case!! I'm using an old 8Plus in the interim......

Android user for as long as i can remember. Got the 13 pro 128gb in graphite on pre order - excited to swap from an S20+ mainly for the improved camera. Colours didnt do much for me so went with the graphite. That deep green is my favourite colour so looking for a case bit like the midnight green a few year back. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks, Lew

Not at all. I would never use ProRes anyway. You can still record in 4K60 Dolby vision and that’s good enough for me. I’ll save myself the 100 quid. Has no impact on the quality of your photos, just video

Not a gold 12 Pro but I’ve got a gold 11 Pro and it’s a really nice colour. I am getting the blue 13 Pro though but only because I’ve had this 11 Pro since its launch day and I’m on a 2 year cycle!

Still waiting on mine. Armorite withstands 10 times the amount of force compared to the standard model (110lbs vs 11lbs). It also has black outer edges and the standard one doesn’t.

I also enrolled in release day last year - any reason you made the last payment now? I’m hoping because my upgrade date is September 24th, I can reserve one in store tomorrow and just hand my 12 back next Friday without penalty?

For a scheme that basically guarantees Apple consistent income, they sure do their best to make IUP as complicated and inconvenient as possible. Would love a sleeker way to view my Barclays loan balance, ability to easily pay some/all of it off, a way to not have to go in-store to upgrade, way to pre-auth online, clarity on pre-order dates, etc. Surely there are a fair few people in similar situations - if I wasn’t such an enthusiast, I doubt I’d bother trying to figure it all out.

To my knowledge you have to have made 11 payments to be eligible to upgrade. I made the payment now so as to be able to reserve one instore as I don’t know if come tomorrow it would just tell me I need to make the extra instore payment if I hadn’t.
You’re right about it being complicated though.
