I love this thread! I don't post very often but when I do it's usually on this thread which has been going for years! I've had one of each year's iPhones except the first one and the 8 as I had a X instead.
This year I said to myself I wouldn't get one as the price for the Pro, I bought the 12 & 13 previously as I didn't need the Pro, is now definitely a bit rich for a mobile phone but I also said that about the X but soon capitulated. It's only taken me to read this thread to make me want a 14 Pro 128gb in Deep Purple, after considering Space Black like many others, but I've got a purple car so it has to match!
I'm kicking myself now as I was on the Apple Store App at 13:00 last Friday to buy AirPods Pro and could have ordered an iPhone for release day but didn't as I was sticking to my guns (then). I'm now going to try JL on Friday morning as I can't bring myself to buy from Curry's/CPW.
My wallet is taking a battering too as I also bought the Apple Watch Ultra (Alpine Loop in green) for release day, after having every Series of the Apple Watch, but if it's too big then it will go back but I might not get a Series 8 instead as it's not much of an upgrade. Thanks to the poster who linked the cheaper Apple leather cases as I always get theirs and went for Ink this time.
Keep up the good work everyone and good luck to those getting theirs on Friday.

Yep agreed, I'll probably renew again after my 2 years is up. Wasn't anything wrong with ExpressVPN other than the price.
Not really but it does a little wiggle when you turn it on! .. very nice looking though! Apple have gone all in with all the screen stuff .. it probably was announced when they went through iOS 16 at WWDC but I completely spaced that bit!

The 13 Pro Max went on sale last year on September 24th, my email said delivery September 23rd and it was dispatched on the 23rd for delivery on 24th via DPD. Probably this year it’ll be dispatched on the 15th for delivery on the 16th.
Great place to live mate. Though might migrate to Mars in a few years - the Earth has a few issues going on that I don’t think will get better
