Overall a little mixed about the event - I mean the Pro stole the show and I love the new notch / colours but the £150 price bump has put a bit of a downer on it all! Of course will still buy but feeling a little!
Buyers Remorse.

Kinda disappointed not getting the same feeling as iPhone 13 Pro last year.
I wouldn't mess with your credit file like that. Just accept the 256 and then return to store and swap for a 128. The remaining refund will go back to Barclays.I’ve added a pre-order and been pre approved for the Barclays finance but now I want to change to 128 GB instead of the 256. Does anyone know how to do this? If I delete the existing pre order then add a new one, will I have to go through the finance approval again? I don’t see why they would reject me but don’t really want to take the risk Of fling it again! Or does it just take account of the approval I’ve already got?
Alternatively, when it comes to actually ordering tomorrow, can I just change the size easily enough then?
You can only change the colour not the capacity because the loan value would change. Maybe you could try “get ready” again with Barclays payments for the 128gb then if that’s approved delete the 256gb pre-order?I’ve added a pre-order and been pre approved for the Barclays finance but now I want to change to 128 GB instead of the 256. Yes the AC refund will go direct to Barclays so they will have to issue you a refund if your contract is paid offOn the Barclays pre auth to chose 24 months 0% when you can add AC+ can you do the same in say 12 months and pay it off so you can trade in/sell the iPhone and cancel the AC+ and get a refund?
I’ve been on iUP and so just handed in and started again.
Far to expensive with 15% rise in uk. AirPods Pro with no lossless support! WTF. May look at a 13 pro max 6 months old at £750 currently, nearly half price. Likely same for 14 in another 6 months, Apple products really do not retain their value.
What colour and storage option you looking at?where is the best place to get with that price?
Cex has them starting at 900 , yes cheaper but not that great price
Myself can't trust online used phone offers and always a gamble
900 pounds for a new iPhone 13 pro max I will buy now
I've been in this situation before and you usually they are willing to let you off since youre buying into a new contract with higher feesView attachment 2052867EE are a joke in all honesty
100% agree with you.
I'll be holding on to my 13 Pro for next year's 15.
For anyone who is looking to get the iPhone 14 on contract is anyone concerned about the possible huge RPI increase in the spring which could be very high?
If I pull the trigger will put it on my credit card + 30 day sim only to be in control a bit more.
More of blueish with hint of plum i think. What colour is 'inked'??
I'm trying to look at the Ink Magsafe Wallet but can't tell on my laptop screen if its a black-ish colour or blue-ish?!!
Have you gone via Barclays. Colours can be changed just not model or storage at the checkout tomozOk so I was full set on space black at the event and then pre pre ordered a purple but now looking at the following has confused me :
Space black looks nice!!!!
Thoughts??
Thanks. Although if that’s my only option then I’ll just stick with the 256. I’m not that fussed about making the change to go through the hassle of returning and rebuying!I wouldn't mess with your credit file like that. Even before the RPI issues I’d decided to go with credit card/sim only. It will work out cheape. I’ll be saving £90 a month on my contract, more than cover CC repaymentFor anyone who is looking to get the iPhone 14 on contract is anyone concerned about the possible huge RPI increase in the spring?

Honestly very underwhelmed plus the price increase on everything, might give it a miss this year.
