So I'm back on a call with AS - the case will get escalated to engineering and he's looking at rapid replacement options (i.e couriering something out to me ASAP)
Did you ask for a replacement phone they transferred me over to 4 different advisors over a dead pixel issue told them this is a hardware problem....
I have a replacement handset sent to me next week once they receive the old one back...

At least they have stock for this, in stores they told me they have no surplus stock this year to do swap outs
 
I've been off this thread for most of the day. Are iPhones setting up ok or are there issues as per the front page of MR?
No issues here at all, smooth transfer from my 13 Pro Max which took 10 minutes and Apple Care + added within a couple of minutes

I knooooow, well kindly the advisor in store told me it’s managers discretion but he could give me 30 days due to the nature of this “exchange” technically but erm well that’s hard it’s out of stock and I will have to just keep checking daily

Did phone to phone transfer and it hasn’t been smooth!

Watch is still paired to old iPhone + my esim didn’t move over deleted esim from old device now trying to add to new device and just sat on activating.

Anyone know how to solve the Watch issue - I have a good streak on my rings if I reset the watch will I lose this?
Am having issues but know that you not meant to delete the eSim u on til you have successfully transferred

Oops…

It did the whole transfer took a hour or so, at the end it tired to transfer the e sim but couldn’t - at first I tried on old phone in ee app, got the QR code scanned with new phone no luck that’s when I tried to then delete from old phone thinking that may help.

New phone just sat on Activating still
 
Good evening everyone, I hope you’ve all been enjoying your brand new iPhones, I certainly have, I’ve factory reset my 13 and will be deciding who to sell it too. It’s been a lovely week with all of you, however this will be my final post. To everyone who hasn’t received their iPhone 14s yet I hope you receive them soon. Have a great evening and more than likely, I’ll see you all next year 👍
