Did you ask for a replacement phone they transferred me over to 4 different advisors over a dead pixel issue told them this is a hardware problem....So I'm back on a call with AS - the case will get escalated to engineering and he's looking at rapid replacement options (i.e couriering something out to me ASAP)

No issues here at all, smooth transfer from my 13 Pro Max which took 10 minutes and Apple Care + added within a couple of minutesI've been off this thread for most of the day. Are iPhones setting up ok or are there issues as per the front page of MR?
I think I’m going to do this… not straight forward as it’s out of stock atm though! And really I want to go back to Apple Store to do this so I can have the refund on credit to pay the difference of £100 instead
I knooooow, well kindly the advisor in store told me it’s managers discretion but he could give me 30 days due to the nature of this “exchange” technically but erm well that’s hard it’s out of stock and I will have to just keep checking dailyYou’ve got 14 days to find one!

Am having issues but know that you not meant to delete the eSim u on til you have successfully transferredDid phone to phone transfer and it hasn’t been smooth!
Watch is still paired to old iPhone + my esim didn’t move over deleted esim from old device now trying to add to new device and just sat on activating.
Anyone know how to solve the Watch issue - I have a good streak on my rings if I reset the watch will I lose this?

Let’s hope they’ve fixed the standby issues I’ve had with the 12 Pro. Used to lose 20-30% overnight with that phone, old iPhones used to not drain at all.
