Not sure what happened there but I’ve just moved my Chase account from my 13PM to my 14PM without a problem. Had to enter password, take photo of my passport and finally a selfie. They confirmed that I was good to go within about 5 minutes.…Chase still have no fix for the iPhone 14 authentication issues - I mean, it’s not like the iPhone 14 was a surprise. It’s proper amateur hour with them, although by all accounts they had a complete systems meltdown yesterday anyway…![]()
My business account is with Starling, I highly recommend them.Been thinking of switching banks for a while but all the app stories puts me off.
Currently with NatWest and after a iPhone transfer all I need to do is log in again using customer ref, pin and password. As easy as that.
It won’t work1 hour before departure - still not activated.
If it doesn’t work when I land then I’ll be ringing EE to complain

Because I’d tried a few times with my license I’m now stuck in some infinite manual review process. It’s bonkers - they can’t even unlock me manually over the phone. I’m just being asked for ‘patience’![]()

Same happened to me flew out, 10 days holiday no EE. They assured me it would be fine. Landed after 10 days back to UK didn’t work.
That day I drove to EE store
My advise would be go to EE Store do a eSim replacement in store using a paper QR code if you have the time
