…Chase still have no fix for the iPhone 14 authentication issues - I mean, it’s not like the iPhone 14 was a surprise. It’s proper amateur hour with them, although by all accounts they had a complete systems meltdown yesterday anyway… :rolleyes:
Not sure what happened there but I’ve just moved my Chase account from my 13PM to my 14PM without a problem. Had to enter password, take photo of my passport and finally a selfie. They confirmed that I was good to go within about 5 minutes.

1 hour before departure - still not activated.
If it doesn’t work when I land then I’ll be ringing EE to complain
It won’t work
Also it needs to activate whilst your in UK for roaming to work
Your in a rubbish position

Same happened to me flew out, 10 days holiday no EE. They assured me it would be fine. Landed after 10 days back to UK didn’t work.

That day I drove to EE store

My advise would be go to EE Store do a eSim replacement in store using a paper QR code if you have the time

In my rush out of the door yesterday, my screen protector is more to the right than central. Far from awful but also a bit 😩😩😩 when it was so expensive. As far as a screen protector goes though, it’s great.

It’s an issue with blurring of photos when using the driving license option - which is used because I had it to hand. Apparently passports work fine most of of the time.
Because I’d tried a few times with my license I’m now stuck in some infinite manual review process. It’s bonkers - they can’t even unlock me manually over the phone. I’m just being asked for ‘patience’ :mad:

Ordered via JL yesterday for standard delivery. Messed up as I could have got free click and collect today form local garage, and got it tonight as I’m at the footie all day

Oh well, email me to say it’s being delivered Wednesday. Bit of patience won’t hurt

Wake up this morning and they are delivering it today when I’m not I typically

Now ended up being impatient and paying £5 for delivery tomorrow

It’s really poor from them… I’m hoping there’s nothing I need 2FA against my mobile number for whilst I’m over there
 
Keep waiting... I think mine took 15-20 minutes last year for the whole process. Much to the annoyance of the people behind me.
Are they open on Saturdays (MM?) If a human needs to look and they're shut I assume the machines don't operate?

Terrible mate really feel your pain. I hope I’m wrong and it works. But I was in this boat. I raised a complaint got no where with them

Finally got it all set up last night. It went very smoothly. Only faff was Monzo, got to send them a video of my with my photo ID which I’ll do shortly. Thankfully a family member is buying my iPhone 13 Pro off me, so I can let my MM offer expire (which I’m happy with as they always make me nervous - although to be fair they’ve paid the quoted offer to me every year). Annoyingly the ESR Amorite screen protector on my 13 Pro is cracked and I’m going to replace it but can’t find the spare anywhere!

New Amorite screen protector installed perfectly on my 14 Pro. Loving the phone but definitely feels more like a 13 Pro ‘S’ than a 14, but I’m not complaining.

I really like the Space Black. Sometimes it’s very similar to graphite, other times it’s completely black!

I didn’t contribute much this year, but checked this thread every day and read all the posts. Thanks for a great year, see you all again next year!
