Maybe because it’s slightly thicker and heavier? My 13 PM was hard to hold, the 14 PM feels a little better, but it still feels slippy. Reason I use the Apple Silicone cases - they are really grippy.

I agree - it's my main bank - but the customer service is abysmal.
For example, not long after I set my new phone up Apple tried to take the £250 AirPods Pro payment from my card. Monzo declined it as a precaution due to my device shift - so far so good. My account was "temporarily blocked" from anything going out until I did a selfie video to verify myself. Okay, still not a problem. I filmed the video selfie.
It said, "We are checking your identity and this will take a few minutes, we'll let you know as soon as it's done."
It took 5 hours and eventually I was able to sort the payment out, luckily not affecting my order. I contacted customer services via live chat and wrote a message about it and even now they've not responded. They need to be better at customer service because as you said, their app/featureset is 💯.
Been thinking of switching banks for a while but all the app stories puts me off.
Currently with NatWest and after a iPhone transfer all I need to do is log in again using customer ref, pin and password. As easy as that.

The only difference between a phone from the factory and one that has been erased are those apps you mentioned.Thank you so much for your reply.
How about the United Kingdom as the main language in the set up which hasn't appeared the 2nd time? Do you think there is anything else that might have been erased?
I couldn't as the old phone was Android and the only possible way is to start "Move to IOS" which can only be done during the set up.

Have to say I’m loving having the bigger screen back with promotion. Can’t say I’m seeing much utilisation of the dynamic island yet though. Always on is nice.
Going to spend the weekend taking as many photos of my dogs as I can, see how good the camera is!

Honestly just do it. I've never used a case and while the older iPhones (like years ago) were a bit more shatter prone, they are just so, so strong these days.
If you have AC+ there's even less reason to have one.

Seconded. I switched everything to Monzo a few years ago and haven’t looked back. A much better experience all round. And when I started my own business last year, getting a business account from them took barely any time at all.
Rebuy send a folded cardboard affair with padded foam it’s pretty secure once it is in there. Used their packaging 3 times no issues yet.
I’m really noticing it now after coming from my xr burner. When I moved from 12 to 13 it didn’t feel like a massive jump but after using it for a year, I can really notice the difference.
