What model are you getting?

Does any users find iPhone 14 Pro Camera is way OTT with exaggerated Whites.
No idea which of the multi lenses I'm using in point and shoot mode.
Immediate thoughts were...
I Wish my apartment has this much Sunlight
Is that the light from my G9 Smart bulb- why don't I see that in my home
These examples I feel Apple have gone OTT with White Levels.

It still wouldn’t fit with the current way Apple expects you to interact with the interface, changing that would confuse other uses on the phone and make it messy and make you have to think before interacting. If they use the same method then it’s automatic and muscle memory.

Not had one of those since Apple dished them out free of charge to counter signal problems with the iPhone 4, 12 years ago. They had the cheek to suggest that we were holding the phone wrongly. 😂

See I disagree. Muscle memory and natural instinct would be that the island brings up is own interface and not the app it currently is associated with. Other widgets aren’t as dynamic as the island and don’t change guise all the time.

My mate and I were absolutely buzzing for its release! Back when apple releases were quite exciting and something to look forward to

Day 3 with the iPhone 14 Pro Max and I’m REALLY happy with it. It’s just pure quality, a joy to use.

Everything now set up and the battery seems to have settled down. Yesterday I took it off charge at 100% at 5:00am. I spent many hours surfing the web, keeping up with the forum, on Twitter and FaceAche, listening to music or the radio, and finally went to bed at 1:00am this morning 20 hours later with a charge of 21% remaining. Clearly, it would have lasted 24 hours if given the chance. In my book, that’s impressive!

Not yet put the camera to the test but I’m pretty sure that won’t disappoint.

That was a MAJOR release. I really loved the iPhone 4 and 4s. They were a turning point in quality build. Beautiful in the hand. Not so great as an actual telephone though.

Everyone who dropped their phone of including me to a smart drop kiosk this weekend, except those who selected paypal got a payment bounced email.

For me it’s the fact my backup phone if I ever needed it is physical only. But that’s only IF I ever needed it of course. Can you reactivate a previously used physical sim?

Hi all new to this forum and I’ve also had the bounced BACS issue from MM Asda kiosk yesterday, it does seem a little strange given the numbers but hopefully it’s a simple IT issue. Do they even have a number they can be contacted on?
Negatives aside this is a great thread and I’m enjoining my new Space Black Pro

Ah yes.. The good old 'You're holding it wrong' saga.

Starting day three with the PM and I love it.
After an attempt to put a screen protector on straight out of the box resulted in failure when I trapped a piece of dust I've just successfully had a 2nd attempt.

I’m not sure as I don’t use MagSafe, looks like there’s a ring on the inside of the case but not sure if that’s where a magnet is or just a bit of reduced thickness to let the phone’s magnet work. Sorry!

I got one but I’ve mislaid it in the house and can’t for the life of me find it.

They are very neat. Nicely made but of limited use really because you can only carry 2 cards in them (without stretching the leather).

Thanks. That is what I am worried about. I think I would end up spending all my time swapping stuff in and out of my wallet and forgetting stuff.

What has tempted me is JL have 20% off the Umbria one.

That’s good advice for sure. I’m due to send them a 12 Pro Max in the next week or so but I’m definitely going to hold back for the time being.

I think the MagSafe wallets are great.

I got the first gen with my 12 Pro and last year I upgraded my wallet when I got my 13 Pro Max. I upgraded to get the Find My alert when it is detached.

I just wish it could hold four cards instead of three but aside from that I have no issues and would highly recommend it.
