Yup same for me. Tried contacting DPD via live chat but they’re poor, can’t even contact a human.Yeah, same here. The driver didn't give me any tracking number or receipt, he said it would track in my app.
All I have is the original tracking number for the parcel which was delivered to me. It does show a separate section at the end of "tracking activity" which looks like where it's supposed to be but it currently just has the entry from a few days ago, "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel"
