You won’t have it long enough to worry about “lasting hardware damage” 😂

I’ve been away on hols and have been using my 13PM in a big, chunky, waterproof case.

I put it back in my normal, clear, ESR MagSafe case last night and now it feels like I’m using a normal Pro instead of a Pro Max!

I've been out of the loop a bit as I'm finally ready to upgrade from my XS Max, but was availability really this bad in previous years? There doesn't seem to be a Pro or Pro Max of any type in stock in the whole of London, and only a few in the entire country!

Meanwhile, the standard 14 seems to be overflowing the stock rooms. Somewhere something seems to have gone very wrong with the production mix. You'd think Apple would prefer to upsell rather than downsell...

I turned off the battery percentage yesterday and didn’t give it another consideration all day. Got to bedtime and it still wasn’t on low power mode… that’s as scientific as my tests will get!

Think we can all get caught up in looking at the percentage changes when it’s in your face all day!

These first week/s is always a similar picture. They’re will be stock trickling into stores no doubt and as with others, just keep an eye on what’s in stores.

That will be quicker than waiting to what, November now, for a delivery
