Oooo did you end up with the max? How you liking it?Yeah I get what you mean, I also wouldn’t mind changing my 512 for the 256 which is what I really wanted ideally but it’s too much off a faff so I’ll probably just leave it

3-in-1 MagSafe Charger for iPhone 15, 14, 13, 12 | Belkin UK
Belkin's Best Seller 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station now improved with Apple Watch Fast Charger, delivering 33% faster charging speed for Apple Watch Series 8.www.belkin.com
Firstly be aware the the ones currently on sale for £120 are the older version. The newer £140 version will provide fast charging to watch S7 and above that the one on sale won't do.
Secondly, I created an account at the Belkin website, put the charger in my basket then left the site. 48 hrs later I got an email with 25% off my first order bringing it to £104.99.
That is the slower Watch charging one. It's also currently £116 on Amazonhttps://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-Boo...8&hvtargid=pla-1215682735649&psc=1&th=1&psc=1
I did indeed! I wasn’t sure at first but now I’m glad I’m keeping it. But yeah thinking about changing to lower storage if I can by my 14 days if not never mind. What about you?Oooo did you end up with the max? How you liking it?
I’ve never wanted the max after having it a few years ago, too clunky when I’m out and about ! Loving the pro + AirPods Pro 2nd gen, went on a long walk today to test it out and noise cancellation is definitely better.I did indeed! I wasn’t sure at first but now I’m glad I’m keeping it. I think that depends on where you live, as I’m on 3 and it’s been nothing but an improving picture year on year for me.I'd be careful if you aren't really clear about your needs. I've been on Three since my 4S, so about 11 years, but that ends in less than 48hrs when my number is ported to EE. Despite horror stories of colleagues being banned from using them on-call due to their unreliability they were great for years, but recently all I have experienced is "We are upgrading/servicing equipment in your local area" messages or going into busy areas and having signal show, but the data speeds either non-existent or dialup at best.
Anyone rocking the 14 naked?
Just if it damages the batteryI charge my iPhone by lightning cable in my car 12v socket all the time, what are you concerned about?
Brilliant iPhone date night with our new iPhone 14 prosView attachment 2067897
Agreed. Now that I’ve truly accepted my fate of upgrading annually I think I’ve come to the opinion of charge to 100% and not to worry about battery health. Why should I not enjoy my device to the fullest if I’m not gonna have it long enough to see the impact of the degradation??
Why would it damage the battery?Just if it damages the battery
I don’t know I’m asking if it would as I’ve seen a few articles that’s allWhy would it damage the battery?
Me (on and off admittedly).Anyone rocking the 14 naked?
My wife is ok with the 14PM because her SE is knackered so she's got my 12PM when I upgraded. How do you all convince your SO spending this much each year if one
Mine doesn’t give a hoot about tech and thinks they are all stupidly expensive!
It was the realisation that it doesn't actually cost me that much to upgrade... let's do some man maths. How do you all convince your SO spending this much each year if one

I identify with your situation re: other uses of money. It was the realisation that it doesn't actually cost me that much to upgrade... let's do some man maths.
iPhone 13 PM cost me £1049
I sold iPhone 13 Pro for £720 (Long story short: I swapped with my brother before trading as he wanted the Pro Max)
iPhone 14 PM cost me £1199
Net cost to change: £1199 - £720 = £479. Monthly = £40
My sim only is £12 a month. Making my total cost for a brand new iPhone £52 a month. You won't find a single deal with any network for a brand iPhone Pro Max that matches that overall monthly cost. My trade in would have been better had I locked in earlier!
Also I don't really have any other vices; I don't drink, I don't really go out that much (apart from to play snooker like once a month/every 6 weeks), and my wife and I are really good at not eating out that much too. So spending a bit of my expendable income on a nice phone is justifiable. Also, I don't buy other things on a whim - my iPad Air is from 2016, the MacBook Pro is from 2017, Apple Watch is from 2020 (no plans to upgrade anytime soon) etc.
