I think you are right.

My burner iPhone 11 had some scuffs on screen and they paid me full agreed price on first attempt.
 
Looks like the MM SmartKiosk is actually a pile of crap then - better off posting then (shock!).
Except that if you send it to them you are totally at their mercy. One poster here had a terrible experience that way.

At least with SMARTDrop you either succeed (and get paid very quickly) or you fail and can take your phone back.

I’d use SMARTDrop again but wouldn’t accept an unjustified downward revaluation.

They only have the 512GB on iUP or am I missing a 256? 😳
There was 256 earlier but only 512/1TB left. I am sticking with SB anyway as I wasn't sure on the Silver when in Store. I am going Caseless at the min but thinking of trying out a Mous case. Anyone got one of these?

My fear of this other persons experience caused me to video the phone before sending including the process of resetting (showing the IMEI number) and wrapping it up. Thankfully all was good in my experience but I figured could at least claim on their insurance if arrived in a different state.

I also dropped it at the local RM delivery office to try to get ahead of the game. DId that on 17/9 and had email from MM saying in their hands by 20/9 so they are processing much quicker their end now.

They are brilliant when it comes to protection but the new limitless has got issues.

The buttons rattle and also the bottom cut outs don't match the iPhone.

If you are going for leather, watch out for banana shape issue. And you can use your iPhone as fidget spinner.

Thanks for the thoughts. Sounds like I might leave it as I was going to get the £55 Carbon one from Amazon. Might just get an Apple leather one instead

Finally my 14pm is coming tomorrow so finally saved my 13pm 128gb £695 quote for MM at the SK tomorrow will be interesting to see what happens

While I am at the 10 questions, anyone using the Apple leather loop? Wonder what their thoughts are on the fit and feel of it are...
I had the leather loop on my SS Graphite and loved it. I'm thinking of buying again to go with my Ultra (retuned the SS)
