@Jinjin Theres a 256 PM SB at Bentall Centre, Kingston Upon Thames - not sure if of any use?

Edit: appears gone
thanks but I'm being particularly fussy with even considering a max... it has to be a max 256 in bromley or I'm sticking with my pro.. which I'm more than happy with :D

its up to the apple gods to put one in my lap now :D

I still find it kind of funny that this website shows 14 Plus in stock when it is not even actually released yet lol

its only presenting back what the underlying API call shows.. Apple.com just restrict the UI to not display.

in previous years I might have been tempted to knock up a quick app again to check and send me a push notification when the make turned up in a store I wanted... but tbh... I can't be bothered anymore :D

my hunt for a pro max is just prolonging my time here... got the phone, AirPods and watch now... just clutching on for the lolz

Talking about EE. They still havent charged me for early upgrade fee even though I made the payment when i placed my pre order.
My account is still showing in credit by £388 (Early Upgrade Fee £525.00) after latest bill that was produced on 26th. Sep.
To play it safe I'm setting aside DD money for monthly charges as the account is showing bill as paid lol.

Meanwhile my phone is still lingering on processing - I don't think it's going to move until closer to the end of the estimted delivery timescale..

Just to reiterate to all the people still wanting to send off their phones for cash, reBuy gave me a great price for my 13 Pro Max and didn’t get the price until launch day. 👀

£758 for my blue 13 PM in Sierra blue.

picked up by DPD Saturday, money in bank Monday PM.
For what memory size ?

Good luck 🤞. O2 did this with me years ago and never added the charge. Got 5 months free line rental which would have been about £50 at the time. I think it likely now that they wont but definitely wise to keep aside.

I literally hate EE for this BS too - 3 might not have the best signal where I currently live but changing to EE and their customer is a big nope for me.
I was with EE for a year, a few years back.

After having the most ridiculous conversations, with them telling me there was “No way I could get a vat invoice each month, as you‘re not on a business tariff” 🙄

It really was comical and having seen lots of similar issues, it made me think that EE had a department, whose sole job it was, was to make life difficult for their customers.

It feels like everything is a major hassle these days dealing with most businesses. EE fluffed up some changes for me a couple of years back when I nearly went back on contract. Promised they had the phones coming and then major delays. They had to reverse my order but missed the discounts I had (that were set up weirdly a few years prior)/

I was looking at sim only tariffs last night and have to say that the O2 smart benefits or what ever they are called are much better than EE (for me anyway). I totally like to add YouTube Premium to my tariff as currently paying £15.99 a month for it. Hugely grudge it but use a lot and once you go ad free it is painful to go back.
I pay something like £1.35 per month for YT Premium, via an Indian VPN sign up last year.

Any use?

Re: being charged £5.49 forAppleCare+ on the AW Ultra, received a call back this morning to say they have corrected a back end systems issue, my original plan was cancelled, refund issued and I was able to take out a new plan this afternoon for £4.99 with no issues.

I wish I had just paid the £1.50 eSim charge and not called
lovely moral to the story!

avoiding any form of customer service is my general aim with consumer retail... I honestly don't see any value-add any more.

I'm on a similar EE tariff to a number of you, one which ends next month (think a lot of us signed up Black Friday when 5G was a new thing?!)

200GB/month Max speeds
1 smart benefit
for £25/month

that includes the ability to roam and use existing data etc without add ons.

I can't see me changing that anytime soon.

What colour would you ideally go for?
