Same happened to me and mine showed no scratches that I could see. I reckon thanks to this forum that CEX have been inundated with APP's and have started downgrading further to save on the pennies
Still more than what MM are offering though!

CEX said mine were a Grade C because of scratches (only visible at certain angles under fluorescent light). I took them away and used a plastic polish on them, then took them to a different branch. They gave me £94 as a Grade B.

By the way I was looking for a case specifically for the new AirPods Pro 2 and most are only available for preorder right now. I managed to find this one in stock for same day delivery on Amazon. I’ve heard of Elago and they’re supposed to be a decent brand. These are specifically for the new AirPods. I like the fact that it’s clear too. They should hopefully tie me over until the other well known brands are available. I found these on a CNN article online.

So I bought and the returned the following:

Watch S8 Stainless Steel
AirPods Pro 2

The watch went back as I saw a S7 Graphite Steel in Back Market so ordered that instead.

APP2 went back as they still don’t fit me well, the left ear fails the ear tip test with APP 1 and 2, even with the XS tips on the 2. Tried Comply foam tips on APP1 and no joy - I’ve never really liked in-ear pods anyway.

I think the fit of AirPods is hit and miss and that’s what my main concern is of the AirPods Pro 2. If I don’t get on with them I’ll just return them.

Mine loosened over time.
I started with the 7, but found it too loose, went down to the 6 which was nice and snug and it loosened to a fit that then felt too loose (I don't like the feeling of a loose watch on my wrist). I reckon this was caused by my big hands when taking it off/putting it on.
I've changed back now to a sport loop which allows me adjustment.

Changed my 7 for a 6 today. Much happier with the fit now.

Was chatting to the guy at Apple as he saw the Hermes face and started telling me how most Apple Watch sales are the aluminium ones. Said even the stainless steel didn’t sell in any numbers.

Did say that he ultra has been flying off the shelves though

Did you opt for the midnight braided solo loop? I saw an Ultra review when I was in Argentina earlier and the guy had paired it with a navy coloured braided solo loop. It looked very good but I don’t think Apple do that colour any more unfortunately otherwise I’d get one.

Typo not = most. Guy said most consumers are buying aluminium watches and the stainless steel hardly sell.

He was after a Hermes but was moaning about the price. I asked him if he didn’t get a staff discount but he said it was rubbish!
