That little side switch is one of the most tactile satisfying things on the iPhone for me

The best they can offer me is £50 gift card on top of refund. No replacement as product is now out of stock.
As I have a large amount of credit on gift card, used for the payment, there could be issues in buying apple gift cards as occurred to one of the users in this forum...that's why I was ok with ordering from Amazon.

I hear you, just wasn’t liking how I have to use it every evening/morning so it’s a great alternative to those looking to not have to use it

That’s really annoying and disappointing. I guess that’s the risk with high value items. I’m sorry you’ve had to experience that. Obviously having used gift cards it’s not possible to try and buy elsewhere. Hopefully Amazon get them back in stock soon.

Save the gift cards for iPhone 15. Just go buy it from Apple. Im already over the iPhone 14 Pro pre order and launch day excitement and calculating my numbers come next September so i can pay off my existing contracts.

You can use it alongside. In fact it shows in iMazing when your last backup to iCloud was.
It does incremental backups as well kind of like Time Machine and you can access a lot of the data in the backups.
The backups also use the same encryption key as Finder backups. If you have finder backups you can also load these into iMazing and restore them. Also backs up over Wi-Fi once a USB backup has taken place.
I use iMazing for all backups/restore erasing of device.
The best license is the universal all devices.
Also it allows you to change the location of your backups per device. I have all mine going to external storage.

Get them to refund the gift cards to you as cash as their screw up.

With the iPhone 14Pro, M1Pro MacBook, iPad Pro M1 11" AW S7 and the APP 2 I think Apple have had enough of my hard earned cash this year.

Haha will see how it goes the next 13 days. You’re right, whilst the 6 is a snug fit I’m having to stretch it a lot more to get on.. could end up being pulled wider than the size 7 did
Battery life on the plus is belter. Took it off charge at 8am yesterday, when I put it back on charge at 1am it was at 36%. And I’m a heavy user.

Yeah loving the battery on my 14 plus. I’m also a heavy user. Nearly 10 hours use and 41% last night.
Today I have been awake since 7am and on 61% with 4 hours 35 minutes screen time! Have been out and about more today along with some weaker signal areas.
I sold my 13 for £465 to music magpie. Used a kiosk in Asda and had the money in my bank 15 minutes later.

At least we'll know not to start the UK iPhone 15 thread too early next year
Going by this years timeline we should lock in our prices around the week of 21st August. A pure guess based on this year and the above would be:
22/23 Aug - Event announced
5/6 Sept - Event happens
8 Sept - Pre-orders open
15 Sept - Launch day
Or this was a planned leak by Apple and whoever has leaked this has already been fired. Or this was all made up lol
