funny how quickly you do adjust to the bigger when when you're (mentally) set to do so! years of not being fully accepting that I'll get on with the pro Max size always left me going back to the Pro. This year felt different, the Max has left no doubts at all, even if its the heaviest that factor has ever been!


did take it out the case today for a quick clean up and it does feel great in hand.. its a beautiful phone.

(its back in its case now :) )

I have the Black textured skin from Xtremeskins and have Apple Care + so feel sufficiently protected!!
 
AC+ does give a degree of comfort. Knowing my luck the phone would get scratched and they won’t cover cosmetic damage, so mine is in a case with a Spigen screen protector.

It’s almost a piece of jewellery indeed. I have a Silver PM and it feels a superior product. Glad I didn’t go for a Space black.

I can confirm it, all true.

As written by some, iUP is the best way to reserve and buy in store. Just need patience and find stock and reserve it quickly!

I will defo be paying Mister Musk my hard earned 800 cents.

I have never done such a thing lol.

I just hope that if the rumours of the ultra branding for the 6.7in device are true that it’s not accompanied by a price increase…

I’ve got the purple too and can’t say I’m a massive fan.

Much preferred the blue of the 13 pro (in fact, I think I prefer the 13 pro all round and wish I’d have just kept it).

I initially preordered from Curry's but being the stellar company they are, they cancelled my order the day before launch so I had to end up going the iUP route.

But I'm pretty sure they opened at 1pm on 9th September like all the normal pre-order spots.

I've been wanting Twitter Blue since it was first announced last year but still cant see any options for it even though the app update says its available in the UK.

Can't see the option for it either. If I change my location in the app and connect to a VPN it does show, but won't let me sign up for it.

I thought it was available in the UK now?

Tried via VPN here too. Same result.

Saw post on reddit suggesting it needs server side activation. Who knows.

Musk is of the rails atm especially with latest controversy tweeting pic of Nazi soldier carrying pigeons lol.
 
So I had my Peel clear MagSafe case delivered today for my 14 Pro Max. On the plus side it’s thinner and less bulky than my ESR clear Halolock case. I also like that phone buttons are accessible directly and not covered. On the negative side it’s much harder to get off. Also it suffers from the rainbow effect on the back which my ESR case doesn’t. Plus it’s not as grippy as my ESR case and feels slippery. I feel like my phone could slip out of my hand at any time. I’ve gone back to using my ESR case.
