Did the same a few months ago, and even though I only had issues with one side, said the other one was also start to show the same problem, and they replaced both

The sad part of me, is I noticed this weird issue a few months ago (mid-April I think?), just never had the time or searched if this was a known issue, glad you sorted yours out.

I am leaving in a few mins, my time at the genius bar is 10:45 am, and then get back home and start my work.

I'll update on the outcome when I return home.

Getting into mood before I begin my quest.

I am 5hrs in. Feels so outdated and clunky. Story is getting interesting. Graphically is a PS4 game on steroids, a step below Horizon FW.

Update: so they just replaced the AirPods only but not the case, apparently the case is fine, but I can already tell the difference between the old ones and the new, night and day in ANC, no more random static noise.

I believe the replacement program is only for the buds themselves, which are the potentially faulty elements, and never the case itself

So the people who got their new iPhones in the last couple of weeks, how are you finding them? I’m living mine, although the extra weight over my 12 Pro is the biggest change. Love the bigger screen.

There aren’t a lot of features at the moment. The following link outlines the current features. I’ll see how it goes. If I feel it’s not worth the subscription I’ll cancel it.

It has been a massive upgrade for me, from weight/features/camera upgrade and screen size (upgraded from 11PM), I couldn't enjoy it much when I first got it (I was very ill) but now I am loving everything about it.

I think I found the sweet spot for me when to upgrade, every 3 years.

Love my 14PM Silver! Camera bump a bit excessive though, however it makes it feel a special device. Let’s see how it will hold with time. I like the overall design. Materials and assembly feel better than premium, luxury.

Go to O2, request your PAC code as if you were going to join them.

EE retentions will give you a call and sort you out a deal.

I did this and have 30gb of data for £12 p/m. Their sales team couldn't do any better than 10gb for £15 p/m

You’ll be lucky to get a new deal cheaper than your current let alone a freebie from them!

I use the BT Sport add on with big screen. Wouldn’t want to pay for that outright tbh
