I think none of the network providers advertise Watch Data only plans.
EE standard plan is £7 pcm but you can always ask them to discount it with some persuasion.
Who is your current service provider? Check with them first.
Sierra Blue was the best colour in my opinion.

If the white iPhone 15 Pro Max is going to look like this. I’m ordering this one right away as well! I had regrets not ordering a white iPhone last year. It was a struggle every day looking at it and not having it.
I might have to order two iPhone 15 Pro Max's this year. Settled for white and a Special color this year. 👀
Think I’ll play it safe with Black this year… but would really like to see a colour matching the AW Ultra ceramic. Suspect the odds of it happening are slim to none though.
I usually do but I have noticed that the resale value especially on places like eBay and Facebook marketplace etc that they usually end up selling for a lower price due to there being more of them for sale at one time. Probably going to go back to the silver this year after using the deep purple for a year but it is a great colour! Maybe if that red becomes available it might persuade me 😂
Silver or black for me, or the titanium ultra colour if it’s an option but I think that’ll be next year if at all…
I swore I’d skip upgrades this year and damn it here I am again snooping around the threads. Really sick of lightening cables and a switch to USB-C could swing it for me.
I say the same every year but the excitement and nightmare of preordering gets me and I’ve done this since 2007 😂! USB-C will be great, no more carrying around numerous cables.

Wow, can't start the accessories yet surely!!!
No chance, EMEA carriers are a long way from being majority eSIM and even in the UK only three carriers offer all contract customers eSim, and only one PAYG provider does.
I think the chances of this are slim but if it does happen I will be keeping my current phone
Personally I'm not ready to change to eSim at the moment.
Better not just ditched eSim and gone back to a regular sim
twice now I have lost eSims transferring between handsets and was another visit to a store
Don’t know if the UK is getting an esim only iPhone. The one thing I can tell you is Apple won’t care if the small networks don’t support esim. The only way to get them onboard is to force the issue.
I went black last year, but always have my phone in a case. 👀

After my Vodafone drama, I’m all about a physical SIM and I’ll add eSIMs as and when I need to.
