From the same leaker who first suggested both a Pro Max & Ultra will be in the new line up. He sounds too sketchy to be taken legit / seriously.
Mark Gurman has rubbished the rumour of there being both a Pro Max and Ultra:
Disappointed to learn of the blaggards at Music Magpie charging £20 for the kiosk. I'll still use it though as it's a good experience and no need to wait/worry about the phone arriving safely in the post, being approved, payment etc.
I don’t have a problem with them charging actually. Normally I would but for the convenience and quick payout it’s worth the payment.
Does anyone know whether this would be covered on contents insurance as accidental damage or would it be seen as cosmetic?!

Just to put in perspective for the Pro Max.
This year started at £1199 for 128GB and £1309 for 256GB.
If they do make base 256GB there is no way it will be cheaper than £1309. Could the Max start at £1359/£1399?

Ino it will fly off the shelves but £1400 is a ridiculous price for a phone
I think it will fly for the people in here but for Mr Joe Public I can’t see it.
No way?? That’s shocking. There was no charge last time I did it. Guess these machines need to pay for themselves somehow and the connivence of it could be seen as worth it.
If so might make Tim realise he’s pushing the prices to much especially now in the current financial times

At today’s rates the UK price would equate to $1500. They sell the device for $1099 in the US. So it’s hell of a markup. There are also sales taxes to add to that but still not as close to $1500
My sensible hat is saying keep my 14PM for another year. Having said that, I saved the sell price on Music Magpie on Thursday, juuuuuust in case... 😇

I’m not a fan of leather products in general and I don’t like the apple silicone case so for me these seem intriguing and I will probably get one to try. Having said that, on my last 2 phones I’ve been using Pitaka cases which are so thin I’m not sure how I would feel going back to a more bulky case
